Agnihotri, 07 Apr 2014No data cable, how can we transfer data from phone ? Better to go for other option. Don't buy ... moreMoto Migrate is maybe the solution.
How to transfer your old data with Motorola Migrate
Motorola Migrate is an app that lets you take content from your old phone and bung it into your new Moto G. It’s pretty clever, and very simple.
All you do is install Motorola Migrate on both phones (it comes preinstalled on the Moto G), and scan a QR code on your old phone with the new one's camera. You’ll need an internet connection, but Migrate will do the rest. It’ll give you old text messages, your contacts and even your media.
I am using this phone from more than a month. I am a heavy user. I am not getting more than 5-6 hours on my usage. My phone's screen is getting hot too. Is there any heavy user with the same problem. I am thinking of going to the service centre to change my phone's battery.
Hey Moto G ships without Data cable in Indian Market , Heating of charger when connected to phone is normal but the supplied charger is of 550mA I recommend nokia ac-60 charger

* camera (among 5mp)- 7.5/10 (pls aware that i'm comparing it with other 5mp camera mobile, while comparing with my previous mobile live with walkman, its taking quite good snaps with size of around 1.5mb. but it gets blurred while zooming the taken snaps, but display makes the photos to be good enough & very few setting available for camera & video recrdg)
* battery - 8/10 (lasting for 18 hrs for little heavy usage & stands around 1day & 10 hrs for lite usage)
music - 4.5/10 (its because of ear phone coming with the box i dont know why it was much worst than anyother. but i'm using my ericsson ear tight head phone for hearing music & its working smoothly, effectly. one more cons., which i hav noticed is that u cant change stations by ur ear phone controller while hearing FM & musics)
* display - 9/10
* speed - 8/10
* touch response - 7.5/10
* call volume - 9/10
* speaker volume - 7.5/10
friends what will happen if the phone hangs ?
we could do nothing as it has a non-removable battery.
i like this phone very much but because of this reason i cannot buy it........

Hey got my new Moto G. While unboxing, i found there is no data cable in it?? How it can be possible? Is it true that there is no data cable in it?

Look at the frequency graph. Moto G's is good, certainly not audiophile level. Look at how it bends at the extremes.
Then again above average is obviously less than audiophile level.
Another thing which you need to keep in mind is that your music will sound only as good as the weakest link. If your source isnt playing a certain frequency well, no matter which headset you buy it cant reproduce what its not receiving.
Moto G may certainly give a good music experience but dont expect audiophile level music from phones. As far as earphones go, it depends on what kind of music you listen to and what kind of sound signature you like. You may not like to hear what I like to hear. Thats why I gave you link to that forum so you could search out a good pair of headset for yourself.
It takes time but trust me bro, its certainly worth it.
i m facing two issues with this phone.. firstly... atimes it asks me to restart the camera whenever i open it randomly... secondly... sometimes it shows olthe icons go black and then it gets back to normal... can anyone fix this for me.. asap

I doubt its matter of using right pair of headphones with it, like headphones which follows the AHJ (American Headset Jack) may produce better sound quality.
