Use an app zapper for performance maintenance
One of the few weak bits of the Motorola Moto G is that it doesn’t have all that much RAM – just 1GB. Once you have a load of apps installed, many of which may be sucking up system resources in the background, the phone can start to chug a little.
In order to keep performance solid, install a task killer app that can 'force' an app to stop running. An issue with Android is that apps can end up performing activities when they shouldn’t, causing battery life and performance issues. Advanced Task Killer is an app manager we frequently return to.
App killers aren't a 'cure all' solution, but we found they're useful every now and again as a last resort.

Samsung galaxy grand 2 is lil bit better than motoG but also grand 2 is more costly.. u can go for galaxy s4 by adding more 5-6k..
and harshit u must go for motoG for sure as it is 10times btr than lumia 525

I'm not using any ram manager/task killer so why are the applications not in backgroung(memory)???is there something i can do??? thanks in advance sorry for my English!!!

Hi, i'm using motoG for past 10 days..
and here is my review..
pros:-
1. touch is good n very responsive 9/10..
2.camera is good as comparing with other 5mp cameras 10/10
low light images are also not that bad they r also good 8/10.
front cam is cool for vdo calling on skype...
3. processor is great there is no legs or hang in phone even when using many apps n playing hd games..
4.audio quality is also great..
5.display is just superb..
6. little bit heat when u r playing games or browse internet but its very commom in all smart phones..
7.design- looks so cool n attractive..
8. battery back is good enough its around 10hours with heavy use
overall m very happy n totally satisfied with my moto G..
ISSUES N NOTES
i saw some negative comments about motoG which are totally useless like..
1. about charger(thats its not charge moto g after using with other phone)-
REALITY IS i can use moto G charger to charge any other phone and after that my moto G is also charge with same charge SO NO ISSUE ABOUT CHARGER..
2. ABOUT CALL ISSUE- yes there is a prob.. also happened with me BUT ONLY ONCE TILL NOW.. on the first day when m talking on phone thn i noticed that other side is not audio-able thn i restarted d phone n from that time i didnt face any prob related to call..
4.head phones are not good but as all u know that head phone r not a part of motoG accessories as they r only available in India provide by flipkart, for better quality u can buy other headphone from market..
IF U HAVE ANY OTHER QUERY OR QUESTION U CAN ASK ME..
NOTE- it is the best phone in d range between 10-20k
without any hesitation you can go for moto G..
you gonna love motoG, m also loving it..
PLEASE COMPARE CAMERA ONLY WITH OTHER 5MP CAMERAS NOT WITH 8 OR 12 MP CAMERAS..
overall rating 9/10

People moaning about battery life and complaining it gets hot because your a heavy user, stop complaining its a £130 phone its not going to be as fast as flagships by being a heavy user you should no what phones are capable of running everything you need I have used this phone, although when running multiple apps it runs great with the occasional hanging but for the price you pay and what you get I would recommend it.
