nick, 06 Apr 2014I bought this phone on 28 Feb I have peculiar problem of phone getting heated while using it .... morehey nick,if ur fone is under replacement warranty(due to miscarriage)i.e its not been more thn 30 days since u purchased it frm flipkart nd want it to b replaced thn jst write thm dat the handset u received was tempered or carried some phical damage,flipkart shall readily replace it.

I think its a value for money but the hands free design sucks big time.... I wanted to have miracast option that is not there on this phone

I have purchased this phone last two weeks ago. Superb phone. Everything is working excellent. I have desappointed only by the camera quality. And frnds I have updated to the kitkat how can I use otg functionality.

Got this mobile on 2nd april from flipkart ,using since then ,very value for money,interface is fluid,texts appear crisp while web browsing,display excellent,screen size about perfect for one hand use,though while calling sound seems without depth,battery excellent all day long and at the end of the day still 30%of the day battery left.anyway satisfied with my phone

with regard to battery, u can choose battery saver in setting->battery option, turn off bluetooth, set location to battery saver, turn off mobile data when using wifi by going to settings->data usage. the camera is adequate, u can get latest version of mot camera from play store.
not sure the issues some people are seeing are specific to dual sim version or maybe cell network (maybe 2g vs 3g), have got the single sim version with no issues.

Moto G doesnt give audiophile level audio output unless and untill you want to pair it with a DAC. Put your money elsewhere.
For normal usage you can buy any of the widely available sony/ senn earphones, dont expect audiophile quality.
I'd suggest you to go to www.head-fi.org. Its a great forum for audiophiles n casual listeners alike.

AnonD-243667, 04 Apr 2014my moto g draing 1% after 4 min 2 g net use in auto brightness so i hve one question to all mo... moreI also experienced similar problem battery went down to 1% with in few minutes of full recharge but it took around 15 hours to go down to 0% so it is a battery calibration issue for this issue u need to bring down battery to 0% or until it switches it self off then u recharge the battery to 100% at one go do this excercise few times then it will be fine

And how much battery back in 2g neI'm yet to check my phones battery life with full time internet usage, but u dont need to worry,u have already bought the phone with best battery life in this price range, it must give u approx one day of battery life in 2g net. for everyone who is moaning about battery issues unless you need these fetures to be turned on then why not try turning off
wifi, data usage, location, bluetooth and switch brightness to auto,
if I do this then I can get 5 days out of the phone
this includes making phone calls and sending text messages everyday,
if you look at battery in settings then you can see what is draining your battery .
