I am using MOTO G from last one month in India as i got this from US. I am not satisfied as twice in one month the phone shuts off by itself showing NO BATTERY though it was over 75% charged. On inquiring customer care US, they say its problem of charger and insists on buying motorola charger.I was charging through laptop and a renowned company charger in India but problem persists. Now i regret buying this phone.
Can any users tell me about sound quality of moto g?coz i have another option, xperia sp.i want to take the better one
Are there any service centers for moto g in vizag.
pretty much worried!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sarfoo, 04 Feb 2014can anyone tell why charger and headphone are not including in the box. i dont have extra usb ... moreMay be thats their way to sell the product at lower prices. Normally Nexus devices never had Ear phones. But this is the first time we see there is no wall charger in the box.
I had difficulty finding info, anywhere online, about replacing the Moto G (fitted, not removable) battery when it eventually expires. I finally went onto 'live chat' on the Motorola - Moto G site. After posing my query I was told ... 'Motorola can replace the battery for $49 + taxes! That's the price if the phone is over a year old' and 'The price is not the same for your location' - I am in the UK btw!!
My experience with cell phone batteries is that they start to get very weary after about 18 months. So, unless I have misunderstood, this nicely priced and good spec phone has hidden expenses down the line. Why don't they fit a customer replaceable battery in the first place?
I will call Motorola UK tomorrow to find out more.
