Their quality is actually very good. I have a Defy and it is very well built and for a phone that's almost 3 years old it performs great!

Battery is non removable.

I think its a replaceable battery,,Moto G comes with a removable back cover, which gives you an option of flexibility of changing the back panel colors, however the battery is non removable. Battery at best may last for a full day of medium use.

perhaps they should squeeze any possibilities for dual cores, because so far the other 2 cores in a quad core chip is not much of a use, and still consumes more energy compared to a dual-core ones..
this seems that moto exhibit techsagerate rather than technovation hehe

Anyway ive just said some good things about the moto so there's nothing more I can say till gsm arena reviews it properly!

Im just trying to tell people not to get this phone instead of a high end device they may have been getting! For a time I was thinking of getting moto g to replace my xperia T but - no sd card is a minus, motorola brand is unreliable - a bit like the fiat of mobiles and the single core performance is worse. And before anyone comments - yes I know its quadcore - BUT very rarely do all the cores run at the same time! Also quote me if im wrong but there's no 1080p video recording? Im no moto g hater and im all for the specs at that price - ive said enough negative stuff so here's the plus side of the moto -
720p screen with unrivalled 329ppi in class
5mp camera with 720p video - many samsung and lg dont offer this feature at similar price
Despite being 11mm thick it doesnt feel that thick
Unmatched quadcore performance , with all cores in action benchmark just beats nexus 4 despite being not as powerful!
Adreno 305 far better than adreno 200/203 and 205 that many low android and windows have offered!
Display is bright and has deeper blacks than nexus 5
Runs Asphalt 8 glitch free due to the modern gpu!
Has android 4.3 which many phones still dont have and promised 4.4 kitkat in january
Pure android experience - meaning that more of the 1gb ram should be available!
And finally - changable back covers with different colour options - no need for a tatty hard back case just to change the look of your phone and spoil its looks!

What im saying a lot of the time only 1 of the 4 cores will be used and when that happens performance wont be that good due to low clock speed of 1.2ghz! And yes there are people seriously considering this instead of nexus 5! I feel sorry for anyone that gets one of these on a 2year contract! Wait 2 - 3 months for xperia sp price to fall if you want performance for value! All that said moto g is better than anything in its price range!
