manav, 14 Nov 2013internal memory is better than expandable memory. because my 32 gb memory card causes some er... moreI think that you have defective memory card, you need a new memory card. Choose at least class 6 rated memory card because class 2, 4 are extremely slow and can degrade performance for example when recording HD videos with phone camera.
