It seems simple to me, Moto Phones before Lenovo were awesome, since Lenovo, complete garbage, Had Lenovo laptop , broke after 6 months 2 from 2 Lenovo products. Rubbish.

nilaypatel, 01 Oct 2016in 2 month in my moto G4 Plus has screen burn in issue. do not buy this I think wherever you bought it from must have sold fakes as I got it on the day it was available to buy but I pre ordered from Motorola direct & never had any problems with it or any other Moto g phones

On 21-09-2016 I bought a Motorola g plus 4th gen (model #: XT1463) mobile phone.
I have discovered that the phone is having a display problem and given for to the Motorola authorized service center on 18-05-2017. It takes 28 days for repairing the faulty display and I have received the phone on mid of JuneĀ17.
After two weeks I have observed power on/off issue in the board assembly. Again I went to the service centre and as per the feedback from them, the circuit board of my phone is having problem and its needs to be replaced. I have handed over the Mobile to the service centre on 12-07-2017 and as per the service team they need 10 days for replacing the circuit board. Hope I will receive my phone tomorrow (22-07-2017).
Within the 10 months from the date of purchase this phone has failed two times with major issues like display failure and PCBA failure. In this 10 months, 38 days the mobile is at the service centre.
I was having a very good impression on the Motorola phones and the same was even suggested to my relatives and friends also. But this is really a drastic scenario I have come across and suggest that please do not buy this product. Within a one year warranty already 2 services already done and out 10 months, 38 days this was with service center team. This is not at all acceptable for me as a consumer and recommeding for not to buy this mobile.

The only issues I been having is internet connection issues and when the battery on its last legs or when the phone powered off and is charging it can become a hand warmer
Anonymous, 19 Jul 2017I bought my Moto g4 plus direct from Motorola never had any problems with it or any of my othe... moreDont buy moto g4 plus..its a faulty model from MOTOROLA..When ever you connect to charger it screen starts dancing(we call it ghost touch).I was facing this issue but not able to figure out why is this happening and i suggested two of my friends to buy the same model and same issue is there.I think others might have faces same issue but they are not able to find out the root cause i guess.
Solution-Just lock the screen and unlock it.But it may happen again and again..
