It would be nice if gsmarena's phone finder could sort by endurance rating. I looked at all of Samsung's and Motorola's phones with an endurance rating over 100 and this is one of the few that are less than 6 inches long and could reasonably fit in your pocket. I swear phones are going to keep getting bigger and bigger until people are holding tablets up to their ear to make phone calls.
Installed December 2019 security patch few days ago. Phone performance is very good with SD632. Good phone to play Pubg mobile, lag free gaming possible. 720p screen helps a lot and the display sharpness and quality is very good despite being only HD. Best thing is battery life. I manage to get 10 hours of SoT, even managed to get 11 hours of SoT.

Every phone is the same if you agree to manufacture terms. In moto you can opt-out when setting up first time. Just like on a huawei or samsung. Every phone is the same
EduardoBC, 08 Mar 2019Beautiful phone but since it has non-removable battery, I won't buy it. Is like having your ca... moredont worry, its too tall anyway to use one handed, so its not nice to use. Look for phone with shorter screen
Too tall to use one handed. Otherwise good build. Headphone port a little loose, not holding headphones tight enough. Good phone for the price, cheapest supermarket phone here, but better build quality than any moto E or G series from before
Phone's magnetometer e-compass will only work within North America. I contacted Motorola Support and was told this phone should not have been sold outside of North America. I bought mine over the internet from what turned out to be Hong Kong so Motorola was unsympathetic. If you live outside North America like me, buy another phone.
Is an amazing phone, great performance, fast charging, but It's manufactured with bad hardware. I took it for the 3rd time to technical support and I want to change it for.another brand. I know for the store the Moto G7 Plus is having issues too, Motorola didn't invest well I this model. So sad.
Vic4BBM, 01 Jul 2019Vanilla Android is always better than overlaid Android. Motorola has nearly vanilla Android... moreI tried both went with Samsung as 1 more gig ram, felt better. The notch was bothering me 😭😭😭. But not bad just felt one UI offered more and updated to 10

the battery is removable
I bought two of them and I am happy with the phone because it offers more features than any phone that I bought in the lower price range which were name brands and couple you may not recognize. The only negative thing I could say about the phone and is not a big deal, is that the start up could be a bit quicker. I won't comment on the listed specs as too I assume you can sort out what is important to you. At first I was upset that I could not connect to my wi-fi using SSID and after following the instructions with a Moto rep, the options they instructed me to use just was not there (not an option). Thanks to online instructions from a merchant I am able to connect, and now very happy with the phone ,however, I suspect Motorola silently updated software or realized their earlier instructions just didn't work. 5 STARS - I rarely give that to any product
Anonymous, 07 Jun 2019good question......Because batteries have a life cycle and not every would wants to throw away a phone they like over a dead battery. And some people don't feel the need to buy the latest new phone just because everybody else does.
MOtorola Spies Users, 17 Jul 2019https://www.computerworld.com/article/2473949/motorola-secretly-spies-on-droid-phone-users-eve... moreAs the article says, that's a Droid/X issue. This one seems safer as it doesn't have motoblur

Anonymous, 01 Jul 2019I need to pick between Samsung A20e, and this what u think best??Vanilla Android is always better than overlaid Android.
Motorola has nearly vanilla Android OS while Samsung uses its OS which has features overlaid (rather overloaded) onto vanilla Android.
I would have chosen Moto if given a choice over Samsung.
stu, 12 Jun 2019what a pain when your phone latches up and you have to wait hours for the battery to run out
... moreLOL you´re jonking right?
If by any means that happens just long press for +- 10/15 sec. the power button and phone will restart. That is a safety function present in all androids to prevent that..
the only valid argument that you could have used is, in case of water drop you can dry your phone faster.... or to get a spare batery in case you run out of batery...otherwise i son´t see other arguments...
This phone in particular does not have fast charge, but most recent phones have
Anonymous, 12 May 2019Why do people still need replaceable battery for at this age?what a pain when your phone latches up and you have to wait hours for the battery to run out
so you can do a restart. Phones are not that good yet. that they don't go wrong. I always go for removable battery. friends Iphones have crashed and they just have to wait.
