I'm not sure there's any improvement over the G7 except for the bigger battery. The G7 play has a snapdragon 632.

It might be optimised but after a week of use all the apps and everything is to much 4gb is minimum now can't multitask much

Anonymous, 17 Oct 2019If it was notchless it would have a pop up camera but no it has a tear drop notchI would say if it was notch-less then it would have a forehead like a Pixel 4, Galaxy S9, Sony Xperia 1,5,8, etc. there are alternatives to notch and pop-up at the same time like punch hole, forehead, tilt camera, etc. Since this is a low-end device, therefore, I was EXPECTING a forehead. simple as it is. why the hell are you complicating the matter?

Why are all manufacturers switching back to 720p screens in 2020? Even midrange phones like Xiaomi's A3 gets a 720p display. What an unnecessary downgrade.
