Any idea as to why this phone doesnt work for Whatsapp video calls? Extremely bad experience. The fun is whatsapp video call works fine with my Moto G6 but doesnt work for Moto G8 powerlite which i bought for my mother. Any help??

Yeh, 21 Jul 2020Is it better than redmi note 5 proNo. Aside for the battery and screen on time, Redmi note 5 pro performs better than g8 power lite. Of you're a heavy user and battery concerns you most, go for motorola. Redmi note 5 pro can give you just 5/6 hours of sot.

I have the moto g8 and think it is a super wee phone and once charged it asts a couple of day but it tells you % of whats on your phone and how much time is left before you need to charge it again :-)

Can someone please tell me which is the better buy? Is this better than the Redmi 9? I do not have a phone 3 weeks now and need to get one I been thinking about this one and also the Redmi 9 but not sure which i should go with. I know the Redmi has more features but i am just worried about when i am to make videos will the sound synchronize? that is my only draw back.

I love its performance and the extensive space for a very low price. Highly recommended. The only thing I would complain about is the camera: when you are trying to take pictures in dark spaces the image gets very "granulated" and though the size of the picture is 16MP, the picture resolution is very poor. This is not fixable with the installation of a camera app or anything. Also: no double windows available.
Beside that, this is a pretty good phone that won't give you issues like getting stuck or paralized. Pretty good.

No bloatware
Go for it only if you are light usage user of mobile
Negatives :
Camera could have been better
Flash light is not good
Brightness is very low
Sound volume is not high
Cannot support more than 50mbps
Screenshot feature is not in notifications bar ,You need to press slide button to see screenshot option

For a phone in the budget segment, Moto G8 Power Lite has some really good features and the inclusion of the mediatek helio P35 chipset makes it a powerful performer as well.
