I am using this phone from 26 months. And it's working fantastic 👌👌👌.
Just the power button and down volume buttons doesn't work many times. Well This problem is always since this model was born and adopted by me.
Otherwise this is great phone.
I got it 9500 in BBD

I have purchased the phone in January. It was not charging after 1 day. The phone was replaced. Again the same problem came. Phone is not charging after 6 months.

A7.6, 17 Nov 2020I am also facing same problem and one more issue with the phone is not Properly responding for... morego to phone app > settings > and turn TTY mode off.

Niranjan, 09 Nov 2020This problem also exist in Nokia 5.3 also. Looks like its more of layout problem in Android 10. Regarfing the issue with UPI -
I decided to anyways keep the phone, yes its a layout issue happening in phones with this kind of screen to body ratio. This is a tall phone and not as wide as moto one power with android 10 which I was using earlier
Issue exists on moto e7 plus, nokia 5.3 as far as I found out
Hope a future update or an app update will solve it. I believe Government of India, should provide and app update and not motorola
Like you said, we can use UPI, just that its not rendered properly

I am using this phone since 10 days now.
Likes :
1. Stock android. No bugs in ui till now.
2. Good battery. Fast charging.
3. Main back camera works well in daylight. Good colour accuracy.
4. Night images are good with GCAM.
5. Video stabilization good.
6. No problem of call quality
7. Display is good for 720p.
Dislikes :
1. Heating while charging
2. Weight toooo much
3. Big size. When will we go back to 5.8 inch display phones?
4. Parent company Lenovo is Chinese
5. Power button is not working always. Sometimes works after multiple attempts.
6. Still on September patch. No security update till now
7. Front camera sucks always.
8. Main back camera sucks in low light.

I just purchased this phone yesterday, I am facing the following two issues.
1) Google pay does not work correctly. The screen where you enter UPI PIN, does not get rendered correctly. Its highly distorted, that you cannot enter the pin correctly. Let me know if anyone has faced this, wait for any software update, or is it just my phone, that I have to return/replace it
2) Whatsapp backup is configured to backup on wifi and cellular, but still whatsapp says waiting for WIFI
