In my mail below, please read my model as Moto G ( 2nd Gen). I am on 3G network.
After a year of use, my Moto 2G is giving a lot of trouble. Some- lags, heating, slow charging, apps issues- have been mentioned here. One other issue I have is when I open a web link in a WhatsApp message. The page opens with some difficulty, I have problems navigating and then the message comes- Aw, Snap with RELOAD bar in bottom. Its almost impossible to read a page. what could be the problem ?
Good if you are planning to use for one year only, will irritate you after one year.
Lags, battery dies so soon, App crashes, heating.
My dad had just bought me and my sister this phone in Jan., now we are in May and it is really beginning to aggravate me. It is a good phone, I won't lie, however as soon as it started having problems with small glitches, it went downhill. If my apps would glitch out (or the phone with no apps open) I'd set it aside and allow it to work out whatever. After a good 20 minutes I would see that my phone had turned off! Not restarted, turned off! Also, if I tried to restart it, it would come up with a screen saying, 'Optimizing App 1 of 1". This screen would stay there for 30-60 minutes. Sometimes it would turn on if I hit the lock button. Even if my phone is charging at night, it will shut off and I will miss my alarms. Stupid right? Well this is how it's been since mid-Feb. My sister has been having the same problems. Yet, it does do me some good when it actually works. But I'm just revealing the bad side.
Im using motog2 on last one and half years it have some major problem like automatic restart really disappointed.

I'm using this mobile for atleast a year. The only thing I don't like is it's battery life. It goes down quickly and problems happened as everyone said but if you know how to handle it you'll never think of any other mobiles. One of the best mobiles I've ever seen. After marshmallow update it's performance improved....☺✌

I just want to throw it..bt I don't hv enough money to buy new phone...it was my big mistake to select moto as a brand ...Samsung galaxy grand is better than this mobile..now idont want to use moto brand anymore..so pls don't take moto...humble req.

It is not good phone bcz its take long time to charge 0 to 100 percent and second one is hanging problem so i advise to u dont spent money in this phone bcz u can buy 2gb ram phone in this range
I am extremely disappointed with this device.Battery charging takes up a long time,drains off quickly.heats up often.uninstalling an app is difficult
I purchased the moto g 1st gen a while back from walmart . my ONLY complaint was no memory card slot . it was the most rugged and durable and relieable phone ive ever owned . i cant wait to get 2nd gen with sd card slot and stereo speakers !
Please do not invest your hard earned money on MOTO X , the display is as delicate as a twig. snaps and breaks even on small nicks. does not take an impact even if the fall height is just few centimetres. and to get it replaced is even more cumbersome. wait for long hours to get it done in select MOTO customer care centres and delivery time is also dismal.
I hate this phone. Never had such an experience with any earlier smart phones I bought.
I want to change but already invested so much on this phone, its like a liability . Please do not buy MOTO. The head office is in US ,so you cant even contact your manufacturers.
