Moto G3 launched today. Check out exchange offer only moto e/g earlier generation option available for exchange. Flipkart so confident about their faulty products which were sold month / quarter / six month or year back. Good business. Mobiles which were sold for more than 10k they r buying back for less than 3k.
I had bought moto G2 almost two months back. The phone is very good in features but having call pick up problem. We have to call back the caller. The person calling gets irritated on why person is not picking up my phone. The problem developed almost closed to month after installations of varIous app. I had called up call centre just two days before 30days of return policy and the person on support told to perform factory reset which was done couple of times. Post factory reset problem again developed almost week later. By the time return policy expired and I was told to get in touch with service centre which is in thane. Patches were applied and it worked for couple of days. Again same problem developed. Despite of writing email to customer support no response from flipkart. If you have time to visit service centre multiple times. This is phone for you. Be careful before you buy. Read review of buyers first then buy.

3 months back , i bought moto g2 , really useless.
Do not buy moto versions , its my humble request.... you loss money if you buy
I bought one in deepawali 2014.Charging stopped and handset given for repairs at motorola jaipur centre on 29th June2015. They are not able to arrange for spare parts in one month time and handset still with them (ie till today 29/07/2015). Only GOD knows when will I get back. I feel warranty period service should be kept in mind before buying any motorola product.

i think this phone is the worst phone.it hangs too much.moto e is comparetively better than moto g 2 in software.the moto g2 touch replacement is also too expensive costing 5000.i want to suggest don't but this phone.
Have purchased the moto g2 phone about 6 months back. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and the phone is terrible at battery and performance. It started getting hanged every 2 mins and i had to restart the phone every 2 mins to find it getting hanged again within 2 mins. I had the worst experience in the authorised service centre in Mumbai. I have understood within 6 months of purchase that the motherboard needs to be replaced. Warranty covers the same but absolutely not expected for an expensive phone with a brand like motorola selling such poor quality handsets. Not worth a buy at all.
