Anonymous, 26 Aug 2015Heating prob in moto g 3 gen. , no better battery life.buddy...maybe u got faulty prdt....i didn't think it will heat too much...sometimes it heats upto 41-43 deg during gaming...but the heating only lasts for max 5 mins & it cools down....its common to heat during gaming...i heard someone saying that its heating during 3g data usage...but as far as i used i couldn't feel any heat during 2g or 3g data usage(i only used mobile data for 20-30 mins only since i normally depend on wifi for internet connectivity...i dont know if it heats during longer usage)...i check battery drainage & heating regularly using an app called Battery HD...if ur prdt is overheating with minimal usage then there is hardware fault in ur phone...better get it replaced...otherwise its normal to heat if u use too much battery intensive works on ur phone...& it is a mid range phone plz dont think its an iphone...midrange phones has its own issues

Since moto g3 provides almost stock android experience... battery consumption is very minimal compared to other android smartphones at this pricerange...it lasts morethan 1& half days...if u use very little amount of time...for midrange users it lasts abt 15-22 hrs depending on the amount of screen on time & usage...& if u r a heavy user it wont last morethan 7-9 hrs ..so i think eventhough it contains only 2450 mAh battery still it performs better than smartphones which provides 2900-3000mAh battery at this pricerange...

i'm using moto g3 for last 13 days & in my opinion moto g3 is best for its pricerange...plz dont compare it with highend smartphones...

AnonD-429276, 26 Aug 2015Hi guys actully , planning to purchase this set ... but , gone through a couple of adverse... more1) i don't think it will heat too much...sometimes it heats upto 41-43 deg during gaming...but the heating only lasts for max 5 mins & it cools down....its common to heat during gaming...i heard someone saying that its heating during 3g data usage...but as far as i used i couldn't feel any heat during 2g or 3g data usage(i only used mobile data for 20-30 mins only since i normally depend on wifi for internet connectivity...i dont know if it heats during longer usage)...i check battery drainage & heating regularly using an app called Battery HD...

2)now abt sound quality...sound quality is good for a midrange phone like this&...its a single speaker dont expect it to provide surround effects...if u want to get good effects better use headphones

3)now abt lagging...i don't feel any lag till now except 1 or 2 faulty apps got force closed...i used abt 10-15 apps at a time but didn't feel any lag at all...its smooth as a butter

4)Since moto g3 provides almost stock android experience... battery consumption is very minimal compared to other android smartphones at this pricerange...it lasts morethan 1& half days...if u use very little amount of time...for midrange users it lasts abt 15-22 hrs depending on the amount of screen on time & usage...& if u r a heavy user it wont last morethan 7-9 hrs ..so i think eventhough it contains only 2450 mAh battery still it performs better than smartphones which provides 2900-3000mAh battery at this pricerange..

overall moto g3 is best at this pricerange if ur going to buy an android phone....& i wont compare it with iPhone, lumia etc...because they use different OS

i think this generation has got very sensitive palms...a temperature bellow 45 degree can not be called heat...this much heating is normal in every single phone...in youtube videos also it went max upto 45 or else it stays below 40..nd see the heating of mi4i ,it goes upto 53. nd ppl who all r complaining should go with lumia phones ,they are also awesome nd better optimized. :)

                          Hi guys

actully , planning to purchase this set ... but , gone through a couple of adverse user's opinion about this set , made me a bit of confused to take the final decision.

So , I need ur honest and impartial views n opinions on such below mentioned issues regarding this set .

                          1. heating issue - really , it happens after long using or heavy gaming ?
                          2. Sound problem - a couple of users alleged about its poor sound quality ... is it so ?
                          3. Lagging issue - has it suffered from any kind of lagging issue ?
                          4. It's providing 2450mah battery - how it's performance ?? ...

buss, 25 Aug 2015WHICH Mobile is good. Moto g3 or samsung j7.... i getting confused on this 2 devices pls help ... moreIf you don't do too much multitasking then go with j7 because it has bigger super amoled display, better camera with front flash and bigger battery.

If you do too much multitasking then go with motog3 because it has 2gb ram.
Now decide as per your priority.
