One of the worst phones I have ever got. Very laggy after 1 year, over half of the storage space is taken up by useless, impossible-to-install Motorola apps, and mine got water damage from the rain, even though it is advertised as water resistant (and Motorola claimed their warranty doesn't cover water damage).

There seems to be some loose connection at the mouth piece region. The problem happens very rarely, but when it happens i just press the region gently with 2 fingers and the sound comes back. Try this, it might just work. Hope this helps.

Have u any preinstalled live wallpaper? I have no wallpaper ramained after upgarde to marshmallow. And after opening live wallpaper ,a line comes on the top of the screen ?what can I do plz suggest.
