Anonymous, 28 Jul 2015all guys stop going happy because its actually a flash in the pan phone.its a hype phone and n... moreYou may be right but Moto G 3rd gen is the mid range phone no one going to compaire it with Samsung galaxy series,HTC M seres,Sony Z series and not obviously with the Lg G 4 and Lg flax.Moto G 3rd gen. Have to Compete with mid rang smartphone like Yureka,Lenovo A 6000 Plus ,A 7000 Lenovo K3,Mi 4i. Etc.And I don't think all these phone will complete with Moto G 3rd gen in performance.

RANJIT, 28 Jul 2015Why they reduced ppi its 294 only , but in g1 321 Because of the screen size, that was increased on de 2nd generation.

RANJIT, 28 Jul 2015Why they reduced ppi its 294 only , but in g1 321 Moto G 1st gen screen size only 4.5".That's why it have 326 PPI more than Moto G 2nd and 3rd gen. .Moto G 2nd and G 3rd gen. Having big display 5.0".and having only 294 PPI, but you didn't find any big difference between Moto G 1st and Moto G 3rd gen.

It has 2 versions. one with 1GB ram, 8GB for INR, 12k internal and another with 2GB ram, 16gb internal for INR 13k. Phone of 1GB RAM sale starts on flipkart on 28th july. Wait for flipkart to launch phone with 2GB ram. only 1K difference for 1Gb of ram.

From last two years Since 2013 Motorola's Moto G is continuing to write history.Along with great spec. and genuinely a great price. With Gen 3 it's going to prove its clear vision. What a great spec. The most important in terms of hardware, is the IPx7 certification, which makes the handset capable of surviving after being submerged in up to 1m of water for up to 30 minutes.

Only India Motorola site is displaying both (ram/internal) 1gb/8gb and 2gb/16gb. May be for others its just 1gb/8gb.

all guys stop going happy because its actually a flash in the pan phone.its a hype phone and nothing else.-
                                    1.its overclocked cpu.it will heat up.bye bye asphalt8.bye bye dead trigger.it will throttle.its a hot oven phone.
2.its not a capless usb port(xperia m4aqua is capless usb waterproof).so after u use it for charging by opening the waterproof cap of usb port it will become loose after 6 months.bye bye waterproofing.
3.its dual sim standby phone.its not a dual sim active phone..so on moto g3-bye bye to calls on sim 2 when u are on a call on sim 1.
4.all phones come with uv filter.anyone with a smartphone just look at ur present phone camera len obliquely in light..the bluish tinge is the filter.
                                    5.it doesn't support codecs for mkv,avi files.
6.the display tells u that it is 720 p.it doesn't tell u that the brightness will be a lowly 289 nits just like g2,the contrast will be low....who cares?the guys at moto realized the only thing people understand is ppi-so give them high ppi and adjust the cost in reducing brightness, contrast.
7.no one will tell u that a f/2.0 aperture will give u noisy photos.admitted, iphone 6,samsung s6,xperia z3+ have f/2.0 aperture but all the above use high cost high quality sony exmor imx 230 cmos sensors...
moto g3 surely doesn't use a sony sensor because it's costly and that only means one thing-combine f/2.0 with a low quality sensor-the noise in the photos will break ur heart.

****keep in mind these and wait for a review before buying.don't waste ur money by buying on launch day.thanx.******

Why does it only supports 32GB expandable storage! What would be the problem if it supported 64GB external storage, Moto? *sigh*
