Just restart it phone at the site of problem.

Ashok, 26 Apr 2016Same heating problem while charging even at airplane mode... heating when surfing after 10 min... morethat's normal for this phone. Is not a problem as long as you don't consider it to be a problem

Jay, 26 Apr 2016Guys my 32GB sandisk ultra SD card is not being detected in my moto g3. Please help me.....I have the same problem with my 16gig. I tried to play music on the card one day and it errored out though did show my music. When I rebooted all of the music was gone. The card was not recognized. So, I'm buying a new one as we 'speak.' This time I will get a 32gig. They're only $9 or so so for me it's worth just trying it and hoping the problem was my card and not my phone.

went from being a moto fan to a nemesis. services centres are a pain and the reps suck. if i could rate it on a scale of 1 - 5 i would give it a 5... ohh i mean a (-5)*5

rahul, 28 Apr 2016which phone I bought moto g3 turbo or Lenovo k4 note Go for redmi note 3 ... moto g series is outdated as of now u can buy some good devices under 15K give a look at Le1s , Redmi note 3 3gb ram version or g turbo is also good but no fingerprint sensor , 5 inch 720p display average 2400mah battery etc

[deleted post]don't go for moto g3 as of now its outdated if u want a good phone in budget range then go for Redmi note 3 32gb version , Le1s. or moto g turbo if u r ok with 720p 5 inch display

I purchased Moto G 3rd Gen yesterday. As soon as i switched on the phone, i navigated through the setting until i got stuck on one page. 'Protect your phone' - This is the page where i am getting stuck. I wanted to skip this page and more further. But if i click the SKIP button and select the SKIP ANYWAY option its not moving ahead. Am i missing out on anything?

Front camera icon disappeared. Problem in wifi connectivity compared to other mobiles.
I dont recommend this product.
