Motorola is now owned by Lenovo, so don't expect any kind of service or after sale support.....
I am using a Lenovo desktop computer which I brought last year around the same time. Found a problem and called Lenovo. Those people at Lenovo are so un-supportive I sware to myself that I'll never purchase their product anymore.
I was using HP and before that IBM (which was good).
Conclusion:- 1. Lenovo computer product no good (it's not IBM anymore) and,
2. Absolutely no after sales service / support.
I live in Hong Kong.
Unlike the single-SIM US version, the dual-SIM MY box contained:
3. Additional shell [limited-time offer]
4. Screen protector [limited-time offer]

FYI, Google DOES provide vanilla Android updates for non-Google made Nexus (which are made by LG) first up!
