My moto g turbo charging is not charging in turbo speed nor showing pop-up of turbo power connected ! How to resolve this please help ?

I'm having a bit of touch accuracy problem in motto g turbo? is anyone having the same problem? Is it a hardware problem or will it be gone if I update to marsallow? Well BTW the touch problem is negligible!!!! if anyone got any info on this than please help me

Guys, I am undecided between Moto G Turbo & Oneplus X.
Can somebody help me make a choice.
OPX:
1. How good is the Oxygen OS development community
2. How fast are they resolving user issues.
3. How good is the battery backup.
4. Have been reading lot of negative comments on camera perf

1. How good is the battery backup?
2. Is the camera performance average?
My primary usages would only for social networking, lot of video playback.

This is the best phone under this price. It doesn't hang and it's performance is very good. Now come to heating issue , it doesn't heat so much. Everyone should go with this phone
