Surely go for moto g turbo
No overheating
*heat you feel on display is not over heating over heating is when phone starts to lag cuz of thermal control... Which lowers cpu performance to reduce heat ...n that happened with me only in noon direct sunlight for about 1hr contious usage
This phone can even mount a 1tb portable hard disc
I've tried a 64gb card ...n it does support it ...some users have been tried 200gb cards ...
But official support is only upto 32gigs...
Do not try to clean speaker grill no matter how much dirty it get.... Just add few water drops on it...n dust will slide off with water .... Or you can break your seal n phone will No longer be water resistant
I even wash my phone daily under tap..
Just a lil amount of water gets into back cover....
Try at your own risk
Phone can even access DSLR /point n shoot camera pics on USB connection
*can only access/import it*
Phone can withstand drops from pocket....while sitting on a chair..
No lags
Just ensure you do a factory reset n cache wipe from recovery......
Camera is superb too...
..it doesn't work like cameras you get on other phones
You'll need to spend time with moto camera a bit
Moto camera new update improved focusing a lot...
You can long press focus ring for foucs lock

Obviously games will lag when phone reaches above 53° cuz of thermal throttling control ....
Climatic conditions can effect your phone's heating toooooo so phone will heat above 50° if it hot outside ....just keep your phone in freezer for awhile

I've played games under direct sun light.. I got sun burn in that but ...the phone was over 52° only... And no thermal engine kicked in upto 55° so it doesn't overheat... Normally
Moto has conquered the dragon 615 in g turbo as well as in X play...
As moto was is chips business... They've designed the board nicely for managing dragons heat ...+ software optimization...
All cores fire up at once.... It's not like 4high n 4low ....
It's big.LITTLE architecture can wake whole8 at once too

Anonymous, 16 Feb 2016i think k4 has an edge upon moto g turbo as it carries 3 gb ramNo edge ....and more ram doesn't mean it's gonna be lag free ..performance depends upon various factors....and k4 note lags in games...I've tried it personally... So many frame drops...
*Don't judge a phone just over its specs...
Moto G G3 with just sd410 performs so great than rest of the competition....
+ its running 6.0 now
Moto kernel is best for RAM management...so RAM doesn't matter that much ....
Btw dunno about upcoming moto by lenovo phones...

kiran, 16 Feb 2016i can't open the excel document in my motog 3rd turbo edition, plz fix the issue, give suggestioni had also face tha same prob on other handset and I sent the email from Outlook to my Gmail account and i will be able to open attachments . Try this
