Great for astro photography held up to large telescope eyepiece.And a great alarm clock, but battery died years ago, so runs on old Moto power supply. Unusable as of 5/7/2024, stuck in crazy voice mode and intermittent boot-loop. Awesome videos and photos buried in this phone and I believe it was the last "made in Texas phone" before being sold to Lenovo then China.

Motorola user , 26 Apr 2022Does this phone support earbuds? I asked this because most earbuds support Bluetooth 5.Bluetooth is backwards compatible, it should work, but don't expect much.

this was a really good phone. would absolutely enjoy the successor of this phone. too bad I absolutely destroyed the screen and failed the self-repair due to adhesive issues :(

Replaced the battery about a month ago with... moreI only recently retired my beloved MotoX 2014 because my banking app stopped being supported on android 6 marshmallow. Really wish Motorola would make a true successor to this phone with it's awesome features retained. I'm not a big camera user so that never bothered me and I had the battery replaced but having gone for the Poco X3 NFC with a 5060mah battery which lasts 2 days and 33 watt fast charge I couldn't go back to having to carry a powerbank round to keep my phone running all day so would have to have a 5000+ mah battery inside which is something most modern Motos do have so come on Motorola bring on a MotoX 2021 fan edition with Moto maker options. Awesome!

Replaced the battery about a month ago with an eBay kit, now good for another 5 years or more. Only gripe is the camera isn't great, but not a big deal for me.
