h@, 08 Mar 2016The sim tray, can hold two sims and an sd card, however, the phone is not dual sim?the probably have put sim tray manufactured for other phones like moto x . But the software does not support it. But yes, I am also struggling to find out if the phone sold by flipkart going to be single sim or dual sim. because in some countries they provide dual sim moto x force too.

The best phone that I've ever owned. Works fine on OS 6.0. Shatterproof, no worries about battery dying, just waiting for a software upgrade thats all.

I returned my x force last month after 5 months use as it developed a problem with the microphone, the girl behind the desk was so opologetic and asked if I wanted a replacement or full refund,
As I wasnt over struck with the phone I took the full refund option.
Returned on the sunday afternoon and my money was back in my bank account Monday morning.

Beware this phone. I have owned it for a year now and the battery has died completely. Motorola will not even repair it and told me to get someone else to repair it!
Batteries are almost impossible to buy at the right capacity and Motorola will not sell them directly to you. Motorola will not even let you know who are authorised to do repairs. Outside of warranty Motorola are shocking I'm afraid.
I'm awaiting my battery from china (I live in uk). In the meantime my lg g2 is keeping me going!

AnonD-380377, 24 Nov 2016Heating problem is commonly in samsung not in Moto.Samsung phones are HOT and nowadays even have XPLOSIVE features too.

Jokes apart, SD 810 had the issue of heating. There have been windpipe and crystal cooling systems. Yet heating issues did trouble to some extent to all those who used it ( not just Motorola)

I have been using the phone for a week, found few proms and cons:
                                  Pros-
                                  1. Best camera ( the default moto camera app sucks to the core. So better use other app- I'm using mx camera)
                                  2. Best in screen clarity pixel.
                                  3. It charged from 10%-99% exactly in 1.10 hrs.
                                  3. will Get 7.0 update

                                  Cons-
                                  1. Heating issue ( gets hot after a simple camera use also).
                                  2. Battery above average.

Here in Brazil as Moto X Force this is the best of motorola, I change my Moto Maxx for this one, and my past phone are a LG G2...
Very smooth, fast an durable. battery is bellow than my older moto maxx, but still much better than LG, Samsung an apple phones... I didn't like the visual and style, the Nylon back cover is hard to clean but offer a good grip...
In my point of view, I think that X Force phone is made for who like to run, bike, trek, rally and all off must action, water, dust... The shock resitent scren, huge display, watter protection with a true compass is perfect for adventure sports and uses without loss camera quality and internal memory... a samsung S series or Apple its too much fragile to do this, and LG and Sony is for office and light hands... "glass cover" .. you need a velvet glove to use...thats not my case! My older S4 and LG G2 are pretty good but never will survive a week in a true adventure, to surf, or make bike tracking, camping... obviusly I'm talking about a travel with your father in a motorhome ... I see some of my friends with apple phones and sony that live your phones in home to do this... this one is made for office use without any action... now I'm looking for cartterpillar or Z Force... You could think that "weakness" is proposital!!!
