I have Moto X- play bought from flipkart. While on roaming in India, it selects only one network / sim out of two- the one for which we have selected the data. The other sim shows no network. When one switches the Mobile Data to SIM 2, the second network has signals and the first one shows no network. I am using both Vodafone sims, and have check in other mobile and is working fine. The issue is on roaming on only. Please guys help.

MOTO says that this is normal heating i.e. 45 degree c
This was explanation given as below in email-
This is normal behavior, especially if you are transmitting data, talking for an extended period of time, enabling Wi-Fi hotspot, using GPS navigation, capturing multiple images / video, playing games, listening to music or watching videos on the device. Also, in poor coverage areas, the phone uses more power to sustain a connection.
In these conditions, the phone is transmitting data and utilizing the processor at higher power levels which will generate heat.
Tips:
Devices need their space; There are no on-board fans, cooling relies solely on the device being able to dissipate heat through the air. To help cooling, ensure the device is not in a pocket, purse, carrying case, or direct sunlight under extended use.
Use Wi-Fi for large data file downloads or uploads (multiple images, videos, data backup,etc.)
2) Some facts on battery temperature

Normal temperature is ~36c
User’s will begin to sense a “warm” device at ~41c and it will seem hot at ~43c
Cool Down Mode kicks in at 67c
Batteries with temps => 45c to 60c will not charge to 100% capacity
Battery temps >60c will not charge at all

this..is one of the best phones ever used..if ur confused...jst go for it..coz the specifications in this phone will not get in this price

panku, 07 Nov 2015I'm confuse to buy moto x play... because of some one says that there is heating prblm... anot... moreI buyed it on sep 17 it is more laggy n heating is the mayor issue after use of 15 min it starts up heating automanticaly so do buy it .......

I am. Using this phone for past 2 weeks . I bought iit from flipkart. Phone is quietly amazing... I love it design and bulit quality its really super . back cover design also very attractive.. Sound quality is better and loud.. Camera is working very good.. In outdoor condition . indoor condition it not like 21 mp. Front camer super .Have HD recording . dual 4g sim so we not need to change . huge battery stands up to one day for average user. Standby more than 3 days..
Actually phone is good at this price range .. Each and every one has different taste .. If u like this phone definitely go for it .... It as no heating issue .. While browsing normal heat nly comes out.. Atlast phone is Super choose it.. No confuse here I said are true ..

This model of moto x play is not good, i was purchased and returned due battery issue like more heating while use any application and audio quality also very bad compare to moto g2
camara clarity is worst, They gave 21MP but it will come normal 8 MP quality , Moto X play totally worst configuration...,
