Moto xplay is by far the worst phone I have ever owned. Being a brand new phone i have had nothing but problems with it and Motorola is less than helpful. It won't charge, even after being sent into warranty and having the charge port "replaced". I've had to do two factory resets on it in the last week. It freezes constantly, apps quit working and the settings like to change. I can't send it back in unless I want to pay 150$ for a new x play, which I most definitely do not want. The phone will not transfer photos to an SD card, and in fact erases all your media... You also can not hook it up to a computer and back it up because Motorola has not created an updated computer app. Nice. Not to mention it's near impossible to find a case (they have been promoting shells since it came out but you can not buy them) live chat is a joke as well. Horrible customer service. This was my first time with an Android, and it's safe to say that I will be switching back to Apple. I will not recommended x play to anyone, nor using Motorola in general due to their terrible customer service.

milind, 19 Jul 2016I am confused in between moto G4 Plus and moto X Play. Please suggest me which is best and why... morex play is better it is having better ui camera interface is better in x play also x play is having 21 mp camera x play is also having the orignal moto look though it lacks in fingerprint sensor but we can manage without it too performance wise x play is better option
