Dear Friends,
Its mi 2nd device from Motorola family and em not satisfied with Motorola services, Because of network issue i tried to format my device and mi device got struck between boot and erasing process. I called customer care and they provide me the address of service center in New Delhi, i submit mi device there and executive/representative said its motherboard need replacement i said ok and submit mi device on 05/02/2016.
till date i haven't received mi device beck from service center when i called them they said your motherboard pending from Motorola and please raise a complaint against this issue in Motorola's customer care and no of customer care also provided by them.
i raised a complaint and till date i haven't received any response from them.
so be careful about it.

i tried to format my device and stuck at the process of erasing data, now i lost my device and then reported to service center, they said its motherboard need to be replace and now m using mi moto g 1 gen again.

After updating it to Marshmallow I m not able to find the files and folders of SD card when I connect it to laptop. I have not made it into internal storage its still a portable storage.
