Yes this option is available all you need is to drop down the top bar and then click on the operator name(signal) and then at the top there will be option mobile data click on its setting at the right and then if you will see at down there will be mobile data to on off, from there you can switch the data connection. Its the best phone ever made in Android.

I am interesting in this phone, but i am not sure in one thing. Is anyone know is it possible to switch off and on internet on the Moto x play?
I tried to find that option but couldn't. i am not talking about Wi-Fi.
