Its actually normal for today's smartphones. More power, no way for faster cooling. For other issues, you need doctor Moto, means need to visit the service center.

there is service issue with this cell as company avoids to repair big issues by telling any lies/excuses and its very3 lengthy and time taking process to get repaired, also it gets too much heat up while talking over 15min.even sometimes it shows only 1 sim is working at a time.NILESH GATTANI AURANGABAD MS 9890111555

I have been using this phone for a few months now and its absolutely amazing. Screen is bright , Battery last me 3 days and Camera is also good. Dual sim works great and good signal. Best Moto ever and processor is running smoothly on Android 6.0.1

Hi! i have been using moto xplay dual sim version from almost a year. There is absolutely no problem with dual sim in my handset. i have two of my friends with the same piece, they also have no complains yet. Talking about battery life it's good. with one full charge it can run complete day with wifi on and doing decent amount of work. only negative point is that it heats up a lot when you play games but no issue of lagging. Camera quality is very nice. day pictures very more than satisfactory will night one are average(in both situations without flash).
