Horrible phone. I am a Moto fan, but this phone made me forget the brand forever. Warms up, looses battery fast, buttons broken, all within just 3 months from purchasing. Battery life quite low. This is supposed to be a business phone... I am shocked that moto made this mess. And I'm not the only one with these peoblems apparently they are common.
Anonymous, 21 Apr 2017G4 ergonomics designed by Lenovo but X pure designed by old Moto. I have a lenovo s90u which never got any os update, stuck on kitkat.
I also have a Moto X 2013 which got kitkat a few weeks after release and lollipop only after ALL other brands and buggy never fixed.
I had a Moto Defy+ which never got any update.
So please share facts not assumptions.
Jatinder, 21 Apr 2017The low end Moto G4 Play will get Android N in June, GSMARENA confirmed.
But what about Moto ... moreGsmarena isn't Motorola. Many updates are announced in news and not done in that "announced time" or only appear in one or few countries.
But yes, X Style is a shame for updates for such a basic phone. People were accusing Samsung for being slow due to touchwizz a few years ago but everyday we can see it's not the case due to other manufacturers being slow too or slower like this one
The low end Moto G4 Play will get Android N in June, GSMARENA confirmed.
But what about Moto X Style????
AnonD-597273, 02 Apr 2017I got 7.1.1 update on my Xstyle ..just now ...update is 147mb And my Moto X style got Android N u sucker.
Moto legacy shattered when Chinese Lenovo conquered it. RIP old Moto :(
In my Moto x style, when someone calls to me, iam getting clear voice from them but they didn't getting my voice clear..Is this problem occurs due to ear piece problem or anything else. Or should I go to service centre? Please suggest me with solution
In my opinion Micromax, Lava and other Indian brands are better than Lenovo regarding the update policy. At least they have given the VOLTE update to their low end phones which they have manufactured in mid 2015.
Anonymous, 15 Apr 2017That's lame. By that time, it should have been Android O.It's Lenovo's policy. Not the old Moto. :(
Anonymous, 13 Apr 2017On June end. That's lame. By that time, it should have been Android O.

According to reports, Motorola Germany will release Nougat (Android 7.0) on the Moto X Pure (US market) in early May. Be patient!
