Anonymous, 30 Jul 2016but VOLTE will not work without update as moto x play update has came to work with jio sim volte.You will need to Download JioJoin App and from there you can make calls.

This mail is regarding my motorola X Style handset which I submitted to your customer care center at Sahara Mall on 2nd July as my phone touch was not working + phone screen was damaged.
I am highly disappointed with your service and I will never encourage any one to buy your phone. I was informed that I will get my phone within 10days. I called them to ask the status of my phone but in return I got very rude replied that madam is your 10 days are completed instead of telling me what is the condition and status. They asked me not to call back again and they themselves will inform me.
But I dint receive any call from their side, than I called back on 26th July which is 24 DAYS after I have submitted my phone and I got the same reply from the customer guy. Moreover he asked me to collect my phone back as I cant wait(Do you think 24 days were not even enough to at least know the status of my phone?). After all this I called up at the main customer care center of motorola and they said they have raised my request at higher level and will revert me within 24 hours but I dint receive any call or mail regarding this.
Now today is 3rd August i.e. more then 1 month has been passed and I still don't know the status of my phone. Today 3rd August again i called your service center now they told me that i have to collect my phone because service center is in no position to repair it as parts are not received.
Is this the service you are providing?.Now because of all this you were forcing me to write negative feedback for your company & i will never ever recommend any one to buy your products.
