The IPS screen really is a downgrade because Moto is using a lot of features with 100% black backgrounds and IPS doesn't gives you the black that Amoled does , this is the main reason I am not upgrading to this and keeping my Moto X 2014 .

The main thing i dont like in moto x style and play is, they skipped the water resistance technology(ipx7) which is present in the moto g 3. Why did the provide the ip52 to moto x, according to me a smart phone really needs water resistance than dust resistance!!!!

Zim, 19 Aug 2015does anyone know the difference between the camera of moto x style and moto x play..like phase... moreThey're the same only I've heard the moto x play doesn't have phase detection autofocus. I could be wrong, other than that they're exactly the same.
