After 11 month of purchased it has been started one or two time hanged in a day.

Maybe battery is dying, usually 2 years (depending on usage and charge cycles), is pretty long time for it to last.

But back up your data first

All phone manufacturing companies, whose products are not supporting users' extendable memory, should have atleast 128 GB ROM.
