behzad, 16 Oct 2014This is the best smart phoneLOL!
Huawei Ascend Mate 7 has 4100mAh battery but only 7.9mm thin with 5MP front camera.
The Huawei Ascend Mate 7 will flush this unit down the sink!
Is it confirmed that it has slimport support?
Then it is a go and I can use it for presentations via slimport-HDMI adapter. This you can't do on the Moto X 2014-edition. MHL is a no go because the need for external Power.
AnonD-265900, 16 Oct 2014The Nexus 6 with the Turbo charger gives up to 6 hours of power in 1 minutes but not the Droid... moreWell that sounds amazing!
No IR port? Looks like it's the Note 4 for me then...
Can someone tell me the expected price of the phone (preferably in Europe, in case they differ from market to market)?
Also can some explain how long will the battery last if the phone is in constant use (ie if I charge the battery and then use it non-stop, how long will it take before it dies)?
Also any thoughts on the fact that the battery is non-removable and that the phone is built by Motorola, they do have a certain reputation (they aren't what they used to be, at least that's my opinion, no offence meant to any fan of Motorola)?
I think phones are now getting so advanced that it's really difficult to build something different.
I'm sure the Nexus 6 is a very nice device and competes well with other Big Phones/Phablets but there's nothing to make it stand out here.
I bought a Nexus 5 a year ago and got it because it was as good as anything on the market at the time but far cheaper (half the price of an iPhone 5/Note 3 etc).
The Nexus 6 is priced close to competitors and I just can't see it selling that well - hope I'm wrong but I think it's just going to be another Phablet amongst a sea of similar devices. Price it at $500 or less and it will fly off the shelves.
how much the price?
It's better then any iPhone but I am not a fan for phablet ist really big 6 inchis -_- I am using nexus5 I love it I can't until I got android 5.0 L but it is a really amazing phone but I do t like the big phones so I will stay at my nexus5
dinoslim, 16 Oct 2014Battery time is horrible only:
Stand-by Up to 330 h
Talk time Up to 24 h
for compare, Not... morebro its just on paper. practically even moto x with a battery of 2300 mah gives almost same battery life as that of note 2. And that is only because of bloatware ( unwanted running apps) on note 2. Moreover its android L which will definitely consume even lesser battery.
Anonymous, 16 Oct 2014too expensive for an ugly phone...but its a performance beast but i think i stay with my xperi... moreahahahahahahahaha hhahahahah hahaha sony hahahahah zperia hahahaha
too expensive for an ugly phone...but its a performance beast but i think i stay with my xperia trio (z1,z3 and z ultra)
behzad, 16 Oct 2014This is the best smart phoneNo. It's a phablet.
hello
i hope this is the best smartphone ever than apple and other brand.
behzad, 16 Oct 2014This is the best smart phoneThats what people said when every new phone comes out
wat abt radio???
nice phone but its not about how fast you can charge a phone. over a period of time the battery will deplete. this is the worst thing you can do to batteries.
AnonD-265900, 16 Oct 2014The Nexus 6 with the Turbo charger gives up to 6 hours of power in 1 minutes but not the Droid... moreThe official nexus page begs to differ = "http://www.google.com/nexus/6/" the article you copied has a typo
This is the best smart phone
Anonymous, 16 Oct 2014No microSDXC card slot? Pretty disappointing for a flagship.It had a 64gb version...Why need a sdcard?
I have managed to use my note2 (fairly comfortably) for two years now...nexus 6 is just a little bigger than note2 and definitely seems to have better ergonomics, So I thinkit won't be too big to use (for note users at least)
