I think that motoroly was a bad choice LG was amazing I think we should see Sony nexus in coming years but for me I think that LG then HTC the best to be nexus
It's 2014, and I'm still flabbergasted how/why some phone users compare/decide by screen size instead of form factor (at least height and width dimensions) - not just for phablets but phones and tablets in general :-)
I always say NO with all the phones being with nagative expandable storage. My experience with new and aim come to custom Rom for my devices so that without sdcard extra meaning I have a lot of trouble with wear a new coast while to try them on.
kemmo, 30 Oct 2014as a long time nexus and google owner/fanboy, its disappointing to see 1, its not made by lg, ... more1. I don't know what's wrong with Motorola being the Nexus 6 manufacturer. Don't get me wrong. LG is a great company. I just personally think Motorola is plenty attractive in their own way.
2. The base storage is 32GB. It's enough for most users. I'm sure it's enough for you too.
3. That 'ridiculous' size can be gotten used to rather quickly.
All in all, choosing either to stay with Nexus 5 or change to Nexus 6 is subjective. I hope you're happy with your choice. :)
AnonD-324916, 30 Oct 2014Dude, by saying better screen do you mean bigger? Because the Nexus 6 and the Droid Turbo have... morebro someone asked for a comparison between HTC one max and nexus. I said Nexus has better screen and specs. HTC one max has 323 ppi. I was replying to that. And yeah you are right droid turbo is an amazing phone.
as a long time nexus and google owner/fanboy, its disappointing to see 1, its not made by lg, 2, still no damn sd card slot! and 3, its ridiculous size! dear google, your new phone is just one inch smaller than your smallest tablet... not really a 'handset' anymore. i'll stick with my nexus 5 for now...
Maks., 30 Oct 2014Great design. No memory slot for SD card. I go for Samsung Galaxy for Note 4 Those whom like Nexus 6 make the Play store out of stock in seconds and you want to buy Nexus 6 but for not SD card slot you choose the Note 4 which doesn't have the latest OS and the ugly Touchwiz UI.
We know who you are Samsung fan.
AnonD-324916, 30 Oct 2014I'm missing Droid Terminator, always bringing some good news. Yes, Mystic I suggest to you Droid Mystic. Here I'm dude.
Oh folks... The ppi war has no end, and its obvious that its gonna just keep growing in numbers. But wait, do you guys know the fact that anythng over around 320ppi has just no effect on our 24 fps eyes? Apple does it long back INTODUCING the RETINA DISPLAY with 326 ppi. And its keeping the same for very long.
What a market strategy to fool the fools even more... Innovations comes only from the genuine companies like Apple and HTC.
Also for HTC, the secret of ultra pixels were only known by these two giants.
Great design. No memory slot for SD card. I go for Samsung Galaxy for Note 4
AnonD-116479, 30 Oct 2014Don't feed that troll. I understand what you said but let feed him because he's doing a great job by making the Daily interest bar up and by now the bar is at 52%.
Normally by reading this he will stop that no sense although he doesn't have solid argument to debate.
Tcool, 30 Oct 2014What?!!!
No dual SIM?!!!
I'd rather go for Note 4 Duos.Take this News and eat up your own words after watching this video tell people that the Nexus 6 was sold out in seconds on play store. That showing how many people want to buy the Nexus 6 and we don't care about your Note 4 full of useless applications and ugly Touchwiz UI.
Hope you will enjoy eating your own words.
No dual SIM?!!!
I'd rather go for Note 4 Duos.
AnonD-150159, 30 Oct 2014Yeah size is almost similar(a bit smaller than one max),But compared to one max it has better ... moreDude, by saying better screen do you mean bigger? Because the Nexus 6 and the Droid Turbo have both AMOLED display QHD but because of the smaller size the Droid Turbo beat any device with a 565ppi even topped the Galaxy Note 4 with Super AMOLED display QHD sitting at 515ppi of course the Nexus which absolutely have also a great screen but with less than both at 493ppi.
AnonD-150159, 30 Oct 2014Yeah size is almost similar(a bit smaller than one max),But compared to one max it has better ... moreActually, the Nexus 6 is a fantastic phone, but too huge. I'm thinking about to buy a Droid Turbo. Rumours suggest there could be an international version of the Droid Turbo. I'm thinking about to buy it after selling my current HTC M8.
The Nexus 6 and Droid Turbo are almost same in specs other than the display size, battery and camera. Overall, the Droid Turbo is better for me. Many people love that over the Nexus 6. But Nexus 6 wins when comes to Android updates.
