If you thought the Motorola DROID RAZR launching in the US was awesome, you should get a load of these. Motorola is planning on launching not one but two RAZR devices in China on different carriers and they both pack more impressive hardware than the US and International versions.
First is the XT928 (the one on the left), a slightly thicker version of the DROID RAZR but with one key difference that justifies the added girth, it has a 13 megapixel camera sensor. There is also a Dolby Digital Plus certification mentioned proudly on the back. This model, however, loses the Kevlar back found on the DROID RAZR.
Next is the MT917 (one in the middle), which is made for the TD-SCDMA network and is only thicker by 1mm compared to the DROID RAZR. In this one you get a 4.5-inch, 1280 x 720 LCD, along with the 13 megaqpixel camera. You also get the Kevlar back plating.
No official info regarding the price and availability of the devices but Engadget is reporting that they should be available by the end of the year.
13 meggapixels in a small sensor like that, the photo quility will be bad or even worse than 5 meggapixel camera with small sensors....
