it doesn't have radio, but since i listen to FM not more than twice a year i don't consider it an important drawback, not the same happens with secondary videocall camera (mandatory at high class devices), there isn't an IR port (Q8 model has it), wi-fi would be nice but at least it has HSDPA capabilities, 3.6 MBps seems to be enough for me and i don't have a laptop so carrying my huge pc to a wi.fi hot spot isn't a good idea at all.Great display, incredible qwerty keyboard no need to have my fingers (nor a pen) at the display if i can use such a good keyboard. I will have a look at samsung i600 later... Thanks for reading (sorry for my poor English, in latin america we speak Spanish as you know)...
Just bought one, no problems to speak of, this is my first Motorola. Only gripe - no SIM manager, you cannot copy contacts to phone or from phone.
if you consider to buy this phone, first have a look on the samsung i600
And you, who have this phone plz tell me the maximum resolution of the taken video :D And there's a program for windows mobiles to record videos in divx :D and with mp3 sound :D
Well done Moto but how would you do internal view on camera if there is no internal camera. Why cant you make a full windows and 3g phone with all the functionalities.I would like someone at engeneering dept at motorola to reply this email not just a user like me.
No, this phone does not have secondary camera. I know this because I have one. This little dot that you see in the top right corner is not a secondary VGA camera but a light sensor!
I get myself this phone 2 months ago and it is nothing special, but there is just one thing I want to ask you out there. Is there any why to put any other ring tone except those once that already came with the phone. I have tried to set some of my mp3's as ring tones but I didn't make it. So if anybody can help, please do so.
Thanks in advance!
this is a fantastic phone -- but hey -- does this phone have two cameras????
VOIP: Voice Over IP: If a phone with wlan knows that function, than you can use your phone as a wifi router, so you can use your HSDPA with a laptop only just connectinmg to phones wlan network.
About this phone I heard about a program with which you can do the same with bluetooth (coz it has no wifi). You also need the program on the bluetooth computer/laptop, and on the phone, and you can use your phones net on your computer.
P.S.: I still would like to know about the Video Resolution.
an anybody please tell me that what is that voip means and what is the function of voip in cell phone i mean what can i do with this funtion
Why wlan if you have HSDPA? And as a windows mobile, you can use your computer as a modem on usb or bluetooth...
