Guys, i just bought this mobile yesterday and its cool. It comes with Android 2.1 (Eclair) version. So far i haven't completely explored all the features since my internet is not yet active on the mobile but, i guess this is the best motorola can give at such a competitive price.
Samsung is class-less, Xperia x8 comes with same config but slightly higher price and htc wildfire also is around 14K but the OS is not upgradeable.
This looks to be a safe bet for all android enthusiastic crowd.

RajeeV, 23 Oct 2010It out in India for very good price of 12k much better than Samsung Galaxy 3 ..both cost same Samsung galaxy is better as that offers Android 2.1 and this is takes you back to 1.6. Why to buy an old technology?

well, ther is various of choice for the QWERTY touch screen on tis phone. so no worries, is really worth buying :) previously i was still tinking of getting the nokia 5230 or 5530. but i came upon to tis beatiful phone which is fair for the price. So far, the only disadvantage is the internal memory for usage is 100MB. Is not enough to install plenty of apps n games :)

I can tel you this phone will be exactly the same with Gigabyte GSmart G1305, Orange Boston, Apanda A60, Wellcom a88, Verbatim Vibo 688 and Cincinatti Bell Blaze. The phone is very good for it's price. It is produced by FOXCONN, and it's hardwdare is in class with HTC Hero, HTC Legend and so on.
