the best phone ever i used...it was my dream phone and it did not disaapoint me..motorola is off in india which is not good..camera quality is very good and battery is excellant than any other phone..and the phone looks pretty unique and catchy..the best deal if you choose it...

Really trying to decide if this is the phone I want to purchase. Know about the battery life. How is the camera on this phone? How does this phone compare to the Samsung S3? These are my two options. Honest input please.

Best phone I ever imagine. Batery performance is outstanding. Range and power of oprerator data is over expectations. And overall performance is over any imagination. Pity that Motorola left Europe - so I had to import that phone to Poland on my own from Germany

Internal memory dependent on the Market: 8/16 GB.
Upgradable to 4.1.2 (stock motorola), 4.2.2 (custom).
Excellent device. The best battery I've experienced untill now: 2-6 days (dependent on the use). 3G consumes a lot of battery (on any device) dropping down the battery life to 2 days in constantly use.

All of you sulking about updates must understand that as compared to Samsung, motorola's updates are stable, tested & mostly error free... naturally, more time is required to go through all these phases.

Today I updated my Motorola RAZR MAXX (unlocked Claro, Brazil using in India).
Would like share some tips:
a) Update doesn't "Lock" your handset to original operator which I was fearing.
b) if you have rooted your device then first Fully Unroot, Remove Safestrap (or any other such app completely and then do a factory reset after saving your IMP data(including Whatsapp dump), else it will fail.
c) I received the update via MotoCast rather then OTA, may be because I am using it in India.
d) Update is around 478MB and takes time if slow connection to download, wish I had kept a copy to share with others but couldn't find then "Downloaded file".
e) The update is buttery smooth and very fast.
f) Lot many changes in the update like earlier Music and Gallery app are gone. New Browser, Google Chrome comes loaded, Few changes in Cam app, Movie Studio.
g) Goodies from Motorola: Updated Smart Actions, MotoCast, Emergency Alerts, Voice Mode for voice commands.
h) whats I miss is few toggles like WIfe, Mobile Data have been removed so one has to go all the way in to the settings to play with it.
g) My Antutu score was 7781 which was earlier 6134.
