I've had the V3 for 4 months now and am very happy with all aspects of it. It is by far the best phone I have ever had. The camera is not as good as I expected but I didn't buy it for this feature. It is light, easy to carry around, and very easy to use. Have not had any problems with the battery as some have complained. I would recommend this phone to anyone.

    I have a silver V3 and love it, find the battery life very good and just like the general feel of the phone, don't use it much as a camera but think it is ok anyway. I find it very easy to use and am actually buying a black V3. Not sure why sme people are bagging this phone, i think it is great.

      The greatest phone i've ever had. Great battery life, prety cool features, not so good camera but hey its a phone not a digital camera rite? I love the design so much! Not a fragile phone, pretty strong body. Perfect reception and all! Very well recommend for all!!!

          Its a great phone combining the major features one could wish in any phone with slimness and lightness. i have used it for sometimes now and still gets thrilled with it by the day. i suggest the developers could go ahead for extra memory slot.

            v3 = simply rubbish
            solution cross breed with nokia intelligence with looks of v3
            .Never been so disappointed with a mobile phone feel duped into buying because of its good looks ,im clearly a sucker when it comes to slim beautiful figures .

              I have this phone for a mounth, and I can say that I like it. It is certainly the most beautiful phone. Can load MP3 music, and
              have very nice loudspeaker. Internal display is also very good.
              Techicaly, it is not the best phone - there is no card slot, and have only 5 MB memory. Camera is bad (as on 98% of all phones, no matter how much Mpix they have), but I really do not need any camera on the phone - for shooting I use Ixus 40 camera which is smaller and looks much more beautiful then most phones today.
              I'm just waiting for V3x !

                please explain why it says mp3? and there isnt one on there?
                i was told by the staff and read it myself there was one on the phone so i paid extra for it, to get it delivered and it has nothing on it.

                the phone looks nice but is very boring, no features. not worth paying extra for a standard camera phone, and the camera is very ungood. i rate this phone 1 out of 10

                    Reading these few comments random people left, looks like alot of people are having problems with the V3 ? Which i myself don't have any problems with it , yet. Which i hope not to come across, i've had this phone for not that long. But i don't like it, no it's not cause i have problems with it. It's just, there's no mp3 player on here or the other stuff i want on it. Other then that, it's not that " bad " of a phone.

                      I've had the V3 for a little over a week now, and this is by far the best phone I have ever owned, or ever come across. Lets start out with the design. How can you not like it? This phone looks simply amazing, it is made out of anodized aluminum, but part of it on the back is made out of plastic (because that's where the antenna is). This phone is definatley a head turner, I get a lot of compliments about it all the time. The external screen is made out of hardened glass, which gives it a very nice touch, plus it doesn't scratch. The keypad is very nice, it took me about 20 seconds to get used to. The blue outline that lights up around the keys looks really good. The screen is amazing, the best I have ever seen on a phone. Now lets get into the phones performance. The call quality is crystal clear, MUCH better than the Nokia I previously owned. Most people complain about the phonebook being outdated and hard to use, but honestly, its nothing to complain about. The VGA camera is pretty much what you would expect from it. One thing you can do is take a picture of a person, and then store it to your phonebook, so when they call thier picture shows up on the external caller ID. Very neat. Also, when you have the camera on and you close the phone, the external screen acts as kind of a mirror, for taking self photos. Much more convenient that the little chrome circle most other phones have. The browser isn't all that fast, but it's still pretty good. The ringtones are nice and loud, and the vibrate is very strong. Some people say they can barely notice the vibrate, but I guess it's a personal thing. The phone has 5mb of built-in memory, which is a pretty good amount to mess around with.

                      Overall, I could not be happier with this phone.

                          I have one comment and that is that I am, very disappointed, I bought the Motorola V3 in the USA,three days later I returned home, Malta,Europe.
                          Not even a week passed and I starting having problems, I could not recieve calls nor call, I called Vodafone the providor,I was told to check my sim card in an other mobile and it worked, so the defect is my V3, no warrenty is covered in europe since I bought the mobile in USA, had I bought a cheap other mobile I would have been better off !

                                Maybe it's because I'm in the US, but I've had my V3 for about 2 months now & love it! I've had no problems what so ever. The size/design/everything about it is great. I wanted a cool looking phone to make/receive calls, send texts/pics & have some cool ringtones, this phone does it. If you want a camera with better memory, BUY A CAMERA or if you want to play multiple MP3s, BUY AN MP3 PLAYER. Let's remember people that this is a phone first & everything else second. I guess if you're in the US & want a sleek, cool phone, the V3 is the way to go! Outside the US, who knows, I'm sure no matter what phone you buy someone somewhere will have bad things to say about it.

                                  This phone SUCKS and with 5.5mb memory what could you put in (1 mp3 ONLY). Who are motorola kiding??? Moto is the worst phone manufacturer on the planet earth. The battery life is very short and after few days, it will need to be re-charged. I had this phone from the start and paid more than 500pounds. After 1 week I gave it away for free and bought a Samsung D500 which is much better. Now I upgraded to Nokia N90 which rocks. It has all the features that one could possibly imagine. Symbian, 2MP camera, big and clear display, card-slot etc.... etc....

                                  Hope you people who are trying to buy a phone do not buy a Moto because they are not worthed the money you spend them since they are like factory-seconds.

                                  I hope that also people who have owned a Motorola felt this feeling as well. It does not encourage new costomers to buy phones.

                                  MoTo V3 is the WORST phone ever;
                                  it is VERY BIG,
                                  camera is very cheap,
                                  very, very, very, few memory space,
                                  the keypad is ugly and non-user friendly,
                                  the sound quality is not as good as Samsung,
                                  the image quality is inferior to Nokia.

                                  I think that I have said enough.

                                  Hope you realise this before you do your biggest mistake and after few days regret it.

                                    All I can say is that this phone is selling purely on its looks. Great, a clamshell that is thinner than most candy bar phones. But I paid over $800 for a phone that had some of the worst features to date: A VGA camera, only 5.5mb of internal memory that isn't expandable, horrible battery life, inconvenient phone book and the typical Motorola interface. When a phone such as the K500i came out, all the reviewers were bagging it for its 12mb of internal memory. Well here's a reality check. That's over twice the amount of memory in the V3. It also has a camera with video recording, a better interace, better battery, and is about $500 cheaper. All I can say is that buying this phone was one of the worst decisions I have ever made.

All I see is negative feedback, however has motorola addressed any of the issues with recently manufactured phones? Thanks.
