i am thinking of buying the v3...does the silver or the black one video record and if yes how long?
all i ever hear is complaints about this hanset but i personally have had no problems with this handset whatsoever and it still quite a conversation piece very stylish i love it, the features are hardly that bad i love the big screen and excellent quality display, just holding it feels special
I've been using the V3 for about 6 months now and it works just great for me actually the best phone i've ever used. Now I did leave the phone outside in the sun for about 10 min. and it was pretty hot and now there is this funky smell on the screen and key pad and wont go away. Unbearable now I have get a new phone. Do not leave out in the Sun!!
Well, I first owed a silver v3 and pretty much had no problems with it at all. No faults that I have seen since I used it. Then after a few weeks sold it and got the black v3, I believe the black v3 can video record. The silver didnt have this functions. i receommend getting either v3, both are outstanding and are good for everyday phone calls sms and of course looks.
Now about it's price, theres a lot of people saying out there how the v3 is overprice (you guyz make me laugh). i believe there are 2 types of mobile phone users. 1 is people that go for looks and design and 2 people that go for features and function with little looks and design. You have to understand that motorola didnt market the phone because of it's function and features.
Motorola clearly showed there marketing about it looks, nice and thin plus sleek. One thing that stands out is its unique cutted keypad. Not only myself but millions of users out there believe that no other company has such a good design in keypad as motorola.
example the Nokia 8910i, it is overprice i believe even more the the v3 people still luved it. So I think people planning to get the v3 and have the money to, should get it. Don't listen to all these otehr guys saying how over price it is. You like the looks and design and dont really care about the features then get this phone. If your the type that cares for money and features then look else where.
p.s no offence to anyone out there hopefully.
hi guys, im thinking of getting this phone and would like to hear from some people who have this phone. 1. I've had a nokia 2100 for 3 years and want to know if the motorola is hard to use, easy to use or in between. 2. Have you had any problems? Thanks, stef
very nice phone
black version is now mine, and i love it
i like the real glass on the front, so no scratches like plastic on other ones
good sounds too.
great phone! for a good price
I was wondering how much this is in Ireland!!!
Does anybody know??? thanks
My V3 dropped in a soup. How do get instructions to disassemble it before it get corroded?
What a fantastic phone. I belive the camera lacks a bit, and i would like a bit for than mpeg 4, but it is beautiful! And anyway, how often do you listen to MP3's on your phone?! As for picture taking - it think it is a fad that has become hugely overrated. Nearly every phone is now judged on its camera, reather than usability, quality, design etc...
I dont think this phone is at all hard to use, and i think that if u cant work out how to use one of these phone, there isnt much point in having one!
Glad its not all Nokia and Motorola are still pulling strong.
This phone is difficult to use.......just like any other Motorola phones111
V3 by far, so easy to use, everything you need. Koolest design ever.
plzz need help
i ll buy a cellphone but i couldnt decide yet
between moto v3 and samsung d500
both of thm cost 310$ so which is bettr?
True is expensive but is definitely the sexiest phone is the market. It might not have the built in functionality to play mp3s but the Motorola has such a strong processor that u can actually play an mp3 file if you tranfer or download into the phone! (try that). If you want a reliable "phone" (and not an mp3 player or a camera or a radio), which works well as a phone and is also decent looking then V3 is your bet.
i work in the mobile phone industry and therefore deal with customers every day who want this phone. I dont know why!! it is an absolute rip off, admittedly it looks nice, but the memory is stupidly small, the camera should at least be 1 MP for the price and the data speed is slow. If these things were picked up on by moto then i could see why it retails sim free at £400.00 but at the mo i can say this phone really is terrible value for money
This question is to someone who owns a v3. I got my first phone 3 years ago and now thinking of getting the v3. I pick up things very quickly like using a phone. My question is, is it easy or hard to use or to find things on the v3? Thanks stef
I have a v3, and the only thing i can fault is the charge. battery only lasts 2 - 3 days.
The v3 is great, to put in your pocket, the s700i is too chunky and the d500, is a tacky black. I have to agree, fingerprints are abit annoying but, the camera and screen are great quality. I use to own a nokia 7610, but they was just too big and bulky. The new black v3 is very nice, but again, it dosent feel as nice as the silver one. Bluetooth is abit poor, but i think this phone leads the way with style, which the d500 and s700i lack.
Just another thing to mention, i have been out every friday and saturday, and many a times i have dropped the phone, and its still going strong.
so dont think, it will break easily coz it is really strong.
thanks moto, i would deffinatly buy another one.
is this fone more expensive in the special edition colour because if it isn't then i will buy it please answer my question some one
