The phone is not the easiest to use but you get a lot of attention from using it (although I seem to spend hours cleaning peoples dirty finger marks off it!!!)
Watch the girls fall to their knees when you pull this baby out.
Can you tell if the girl you konw is good or bad from the first minute? this also apply to my V3. Young kid...think before you write something...use your brain!
most people are occupied daily with their work & other things. do you think that everyone can/willing to spend hours trying & testing the phone throughly before buying? stupid question!
this column is for user opinion, obviousely v3 owners have to use their phone in real life for a while before they come to the conclusion that the v3 is a disappointing product.
Why does every1 moan abt the V3 being crap and yet they buy it? Dont you guys try before you buy?
When is this phone going to be availble through Cingular in the US market?
V3 not comfortable to hold. Also poor finish...I almost got my finger cut when I open the flip of my V3, one side of the edge of the flip is very sharp like a knife, the other side is smooth (This is definately a sign of poor quality control). I am claiming Motorola for a replacement. can't believe i paid so much for it!
This is proberly the best built phone i have ever had. application wise the phone is brillint. This phone reminds me of the old startac. this phone is going to rip up the phone market
Using the manu or the difficulty in finding a certain function of this phone always makes me mad. The manu so poorly designed. What in the world is going on with motorola.......????!!!!!!!!!!!
got this phone from upgrading my contract, expensive but for the material used, I think that explains why, and also not to mention the aluminum box case (big and heavy). Overall the phone is good in quality, I do like it very much (well all I need is a phone with normal function). It is a bit wider than normal phone, but it's only the same width as a credit card, so not a problem to me. I find the menu alright to use, but need time to get use to it. call quality is good and reception is excellent. This is not a phone you go for if you want lots of functions from a phone.
a very good phone but no video capture ive heard, could be the only thing to let this beauty down
The V3 has raised my interest and I would like to ask you V3 owners this:
- does the synchronizing of Outlook contacts and schedule work? Or even better, does it work over BT?
- Quite often I take pictures from text written on flip-overs, using my sharp GX30. Is the camera on the V3 suited for this or would the result be unreadable once printed or viewed on phone or PC?
I think i just set a world record. I saw a friend using this phone - thought it looked great so went out and splashed some hard earned cash. Within two hours i realised i had made a terrible mistake. You have to be Einstein to sms quicly with this phone and the phone book is a mess. Its a hairdressers phone and should come with a free Toyota MR2. I did however manage to sell it for only a 10% loss within 24 hours - bought the S700i instead. Thank god for Sony. Nokia wake up.
