i've got this phone and i think its lousy. the functions are crap! you can hardly do anything with this phone and its hard to use. it has problem receiving files and sending MMSes. it has a problem with everything! i'm off to getting a new, better phone with better features and performance. my advice to all wanting to buy this phone, do not buy it! you will regret! though its pretty, the inside is lousy.

TO STACEY RE:Anyone know how to reset the password for the messages i started using it again after my other phone stuffed up and i 4got what i had as a password. any help pls?
to change your code press the menu button wen it asks for ur password and it will then ask for a security code(default is set to 000000) put that in and it will let you change ur passcode

I looooove the v3 its awesome. the key pad is good, the screen is wide so you can actually SEE what youre doing. lol and i love the way it has colors you can choose from like pink, black, silver... etc.

hey can sumone help me...iv got a motorola v3. i cant seem to receive ringtones and all dat stuff through bluetooth. it keeps on sayin dat the file is corrupt. Can anyone help me pliz??

Motorola V3 is an awsome phone. It's easy to use and have every feature I need. This is a fantastic phone. Not only does it feature a bright and beautiful 262k screen, a fantastic camera and a great sound throughout, bu it is one of the thinnest phones in the world (if not the thinnest). It fits very comfertably into your hand despite it's wideness but it is also very light. Only improvements would be video capture and more memory, although i'm suprised how much they managed to fit into this small package. Beware of the software that comes with it, however, as it is a bit dodgy and may have you roaming the world wide web in search of an answer to your problem, but i personally don't think it should put you off from buying this beautiful piece of hardware.

Well i've had it for about a year now, and the point about it being fragile, is rubbish. I've dropped it many times and it still works as good as the first time i used it. Camera is very poor tho!

I just bought this phone a week ago and it's nice and slim and yes it does seem to be pretty fragile but thats to be expected by a slim phone and that just makes me take care of it a bit more. I like it, it's a good phone.

What a piece of Sh_t. The processor is slow, pictures are cr_p and drops nearly all of its calls. Never ever buy a motorola ever again. Sorry but a bad buy, anyone want a free phone?

The phone has a great feel to it and is easy to use the only thing that drives me mad is when I'm on a call and for no reason at all it just cuts out. It's starting cost me lots in phone calls. Not sure if this is a standard problem with them but it's driving me barmey!

This is a very cool looking phone, i have had 2, and only got rid of the first one due to the network it was locked to. Normally i am a regular user of a k800 which is an excellent phone, but i got a second v3 to use when i fancy a change from my k800 or on a nite out when i want to look cool rather than a geek (which sadly i feel the k800 is slightly geeky). Ok it lacks certain features including memory and mp3 etc but for someone that just wants a phone mainly to call and text, but a good looking phone, then this is definatley the one to go for. However, there are a few issues i have with this phone. There does clearly seem to be reliability issues with the razr looking at other comments, i too have experienced such things, mainly with the first one i had, (freezing, keypad buzzing etc). But that shouldnt put people off this phone, not every v3 is faulty, otherwise it would have been withdrawn from sale ages ago. Also, i know that this phone doesnt originally come with video recording, however, my first one could record video, and a kinda expected my current one to record video because of this, but it doesnt. I find this slightly strange but i never seem to video record ever, even with the k800. But the V3 is a great looking phone for a light user!

It seems like an OK phone to me. My brother's got this model and he really likes it.v3 is good. features is good,performance is better and design is best.
