its only been a day since i bought mine...and the phone has frozen completely!!!

I purchased my V3 in November and have had nothing but problems with it. I can't send text messages, I lose just about every call I make or receive. Despite my personal programming (ringtones,notifiers,voice commands, etc) it has a mind of it's own and will not do what I programmed it to do. What angers me the most though is the lack of messaging capabilities. I love my messages and have tried everything to troubleshoot this problem and was told by my cellular provider that it must be a settings error on my phone....RIIIIGHT! To not be able to send messages is reason enough for me to return it and go back to my old Motorla V180! My advice, don't purchase the V3 on cool factor alone (like I did) it is not worth the money!

i want to buy this phone but people are putting me of it. i need an honest opinion is it really worth all the trouble and negative publicity?

I bought my black razr about a week ago..the screen of the front of the phone has since then started to fall off, allowing dust to collect under the inside screen. I went to return it today & the new phone is having the exact same problem already...has anyone else had this happen??? thanks!!

great design and have almost all the features. where only it lacks that it only have memory of 5.5mb. if u r looking for head turning response for ur mobile phone then u should go for v3 but if u think u can store all ur data, music or u can make video recording upto 1hr. then this is not the right choice.

hi guys,been using the v3 black for two wks.
fantastic phone with increased 7mb,msging is great,ringtones loud n clear,video recording too,no problems at all.really don understand y most of u guys seem to discriminate this phone????

Hi there, I purchased this phone in November, on 02 contract (British) and I think its the worst phone I have ever had! I have all these free minutes to use, and I can never get any service on the phone. Luckily I took out insurance, and I can return it after 3 months and have the contrace cancelled - roll on Rebruary!! My advice to anyone thinking of getting the V3 - DON'T!!

ive recently got the razr v3 in pink on contract. i think its gotta be the worst fone ive ever had. the lie when they say it has video capture on it n it has hardly any memory. for the price it is you'd expect a pretty gud camera on it but it goes really blurry even if ur not moving. i hate the fone n wish i could get rid of it. dnt buy it ppl just coz its pink.

Have just purchased the Razar Pink Motorola V3 for christmas, but unable to send text messages! It was a new mobile bought off Ebay. I'm using an O2 contract sim in it. Any suggestions/advice would be most appreciated. Perhaps there's a special way in setting up text messages?

Got the black one video works good,not so good at taking pics. the new V3i has fixed the camera has a bigger address book 2000 numbers , memory slot upto 512mgs,ipod link. I will upgrade you should toooooo!!!!!!

Do not get it. I bought one back in March for $450 and then it was cool and nobody had one. Motorola has defeated the entire purpose by selling it so cheap. I see them everywhere now. Other than that the features are OK. Im selling mine and getting a SLVR L7.

when i first bought this phone i was a little surprised it didnt take videos and even more surprised that the memory is only 5MB the design of the phone is great and easy to text with but the faetures on it are not very good at all i wanted a phone with memory and so seeing all the adverts on television about the V3 i thought id buy one only to find out that its got hardly any memory and on top of that it doesn't take a memory card to expoand the memory i bought it about 3 weeks ago and now i am regreting it

hi everyone, i just got a week ago, and love it, it´s a huge pice of technology, i just got a question how can i transfer the pictures and sound to my pc and in the other way pc-phone?? thank a lot and i´m sorry about the bad english but i´m from Mexico, and it´s a little dificul for me. oh i have no software, and i have the usb cable

This is a total disaster except the design. One should wait for V3x.
And those who are liking it loving it even with all the faults, are simply going with the craze...showing off.

these phone is great, I like it very mach but I have 2 problem
1- I can not delete all numbers from my phone or from my SIM one time there is no option to do thate.
2-i can not store SMS massage in my draft.

To assign different ringtones to different numbers, first check if you have the numbers saved on the phone and not on the SIM card. Then u can assing ringtones on the menu where you edit the contacts

I, and friends of mine have looked through this phone and the manual for hours and cannot figure out how to assign different ringtones to different numbers. Maybe I'm just phone-stupid, but can someone help me through this??? Very frustrated! Other than this one problem I've loved my new phone. Thanks Santa Claus! :)
