I got my RazrV3 for my birthday. I love the phone, but I don't like the fact that dust began to accumulate underneath the screen display. I have the phone for 1 month now and the dust, such as fabric dust, underneath the screen display is becoming very noticeble and annoying. I could see them the screen light it off. Do you have the same problem as me? Or is this problem unique to me becaue the screen display is not sealed tight enough to prevent dust from entering it?

TEXT MESSAGING PROBLEM
I have a V3, and I have been very happy with it up until about 2 weeks ago, when I realised that I couldn't send and receive text messages. Although the phone says the message was sent, the receiver never gets the text, and when people send me a text message I don't receive it. I was told I needed a new sim card as mine was 5 years, old. Have had 2 sim cards in the last week, and STILL have problems with text messaging so have had to go back to using my V300 until I call t-mobile or Motorola this week and find out what the problem could be. Would like to hear from anyone having the same problem.

This phone may be like half a centimetre thick but it is huge in width and height cant get it in the fattest of pockets. and why dont the screen show up even wen its opened for like ten seconds

juz bought it yesterday,basically a good hp,no special functions but nonetheless the looks is fantastic.

my motorola V3 does not work .. the keyboard lights on & off alternatively .. BUT I do not know what is the problem !!
It does not work :'(

I don't know why u seem to be having problem with the menu or item location, probably u are used to much of nokia, I used to have that problem but after some time i got the hang of it (20 mins) my V3 is my first Motorola product (2 months old)and i find the menu and navigation perfectly placed but i feel the motorola people needs to update the the user manual, the phone sounds are very audible, maybe is because my came sim free but overall (perfomance, Yr released, price)i give the phone a 100 gun salutes
although i will change it next year to something better than W900i

T-Mobile near me didn't have the V3i version so I got this for now. Bought it today even after all reviews. Most of it is true and others seem to be wrong. A positive is that mine got 7mb like another poster said before. I tested the sound clarity by calling my brother who was in the same room but it was all broken sound. Needs further testing. The menu systems is a hit and miss for me (don't understand why some options are poory located). Even though I adjusted the sound level to high the voices seem inaudible for my standards (perhaps im going deaf?), but using the headset is better for me. This phone is all about the looks. Not sure if its worth the purchased price...

I have just purchased a RAZR V3 from www.tescomobile.com and mine has 7.12MB of memory and a Video Recorder, so i this information is slightly incorrect i do believe that the new V3's do capture video like mine and like mine hav bigger memory.

I don't know why this phone is so expensive on line. I paid $99 at the provider’s store for it, and I am happy with this nice little toy for the price. The only problem is with the monitor that becomes blurry from time to time without any reason. Turning off and back on fixes the problem.

I just purchased an unlocked version of v3 and love the phone. I have absolutely no problems making or receiving calls. Reception is great - better than most. The only complaint is the damn manual which is terrible. They use terms but don't define them. Really awful but who cares - the phone is great.

wel, Since i hate motorola i didn't even wanted to see a phone, but when my friend bought this V3razr then i thought motorola whould improve, but when i heard about all the problems, then i started hating it .
But now I have a nokia 7380, and i like the phone. its sick

does v3 freeze often when the memory is full? does it offer a lot of games?

a friend of mine bought it and i was astonished by it good looks.. but all this problems u mention before it put me on second thoughts..

Personally I think the V3 is a totally waste of crap. I have only had this one for a couple of months and so far I have sent it back 3 times to get fixed. The problem being that it just shuts it's self off and I have not realised this until I go to use and find that it has shut off and I have to power it back up again. Now this is not because the battery is flat, this still happens when I have just charged it. Does not happen all the time but the last time I only had it back for half an hour when it did it again. I know 5 people who have this phone and every single one of them have the same problem with it shutting down without warning. I got used to the using the features but I need a phone that will stay on so I can receive calls. I am now going through my mobile service provider to get a completely different phone. Will never touch this one again.

I had trouble connecting to the internet and i took the usb cable back to the shop and swaped it for another 1 and now it works fine, no a lot of other people had the same problem.

The lead it came with 2 connect 2 the computer doesnt even work! How do u get mp3 on2 it 2??

Its a very classy and good looking phone. But not that great on features, camera could have been better. Definately suffers because of lack of memory card slot. Excellent screen. Basically if you want to grab attention and want a slim n sexy phone n dont care about features then get this !
