One of the best looking phone ever made by motorola & also one of the best looking fone avilable n the market. unique design but crap features and camera. But with looks like that who cares?? coz this fone was never meant 2 be a feature packed camera fone. so if u want good O.S... good camera.. no its not the right fone 4 u... but if u care about looks.. then go 4 it.
i am really imressed with the design and everything. i am using sony ericsson K750i at the moment and i plan to to sell it and buy razr v3 in 2 or 3 months.
hi i am thinking of getting this phone and i really want to know whether this phone is big because it says it is the size of a credit card is this true as i dont like huge mobiles... could some please reply who as this phone and tell me whether it is big...thanks
OK. First off, I was not going to buy this phone intitially but now that i have it i have to say that IT IS AWESOME!!!
for those who have ragged on this phone, you can't expect it to perform as some of the larger phones do...those are very unrealistic expectations of a phone with such a slim profile.
honestly, with the features it has, plus camera and video capture, speakerphone and bluetooth along with the everyday tools such as calculator and calendar, what else could you need?
it has all the necessities in a very intriguing design.
I own the Black Razr V3 for Cingular and it was awsome when i bought it and after hacking it a lil with info from motomodders.net i am very happy with my choice.
Having always had a Nokia I have just taken the plunge and got the Razor v3, ....I would have to say it is the best phone I have ever had, and so easy to use, I need a phone that has to perform as I have over 400 numbers stored in it and it gets a hard life, V3 has just stunned me with it's simplicity and ease of use. I wish I had discovered it before. Thank you Motorola.
im still consider tat wan to buy NOKIA 7610(white) or MOTOROLA RAZRV3(blk)i like the 7610 function but i like the design of v3..!!! damn hard to choose one.. can u all compare both of tis phone for me..
When i first saw the phone,, it looked really good but when u actualy pay for that piece of metal crap, u really regret it.i have to admit that the design is really one of the best i seen by now.the features and performance is just not worth it,i could even prefer a nokia 3300 then this v3 if it was not for the design.i bought my razr and it worked fine just for one day.after that when i tried to put it on,, it was just restarting itself like crazy until i took the battery out.i would really discourage someone to buy this phone as its not worth the price and it sooner or later ends up in the service department for a couple of months.unfortunately this didnt happen only to me but to also to my friends and people who i know who bought this fone, their`s also land up in the service after a few days and stays there for weeks.Final decision is yours if u r buying this metal crap, be ready to regret it...
i just bought a v3 in black and it's awesome! its real cool considering i am a big nokia fan. but now i gues motorola really has something in it. the battery life lasted for 2 days for me which is good enough. but can please let me know if the PC sync will work even without the installer cd if im using the bluetooth usb adaptor? or if someone can just forward the downloaded installer hehehe. thanks. this phone is a real looker.
Hi im a person looking for a phone does this Motorola phone really suck? if it does i might look for another phone.
hey i did have a nokia 3220 yer it was good and my sister went out and got me the v3 in pink and it is wicked iv not found anythink wrong with it i can get other bluetooth users fine and everythink works
this phone looks nice but it sucks. i got the black one 6 mth ago. sometimes when i close the cover, the screen goes black and i have to take out the battery and put it back in. the reception was okay. i should of kept my nokia 7280 and not get this crap.
The phone seems to be great the only problem is connecting bluetooth, whenever I try to search for other bluetooth users it never finds them, can someone please help??
no MP3 player, VGA camera, poor battery performance, looks nice! personaly the functionality of the phone is more important thant the aesthetic looks!
well.. i jst wanna know whether the the "menu section" is as nice compared to other phones or issit dull and all? and issit difficult to use since i've tried usin the E398. especially the text messaging.besides i've realized tht many ppl complained bout the phonebook... so issit a good buy? i like the look of the phone [stylish! =P] and i dont mind bout the memory which is only 5MB. so can any1 pls help me. i wld really appreciate it. thanks. =)
i love this phone...
but can n e one suggest me a website so that i can see the rates according to my country india...
you can use any mini-usb cable for the v3. just make sure to use the mini-usb adaptor that came with your v3. I use the same cable that came with my digital camera with my v3 and it works fine. Peace - nutty - lbc
v3 silver is the best pnone i have ever used.though people are complaining and that,s how it is,no matter what, someone gat to open a mouth against,is not bad though cos it makes the world interesting.we need to remember that there,s nothing artificial ever perfect.there,s always gonna be few hitches.those who are looking for perfect things should get ready to go to heaven.and we all know how to get there..six feet deep...good job motorola.
If you're looking for a phone with decnt memory size, then this just isn't it. 5mb is not a lot, especially for the whole phone. you would have to make sure that you save all your contacts onto your sim card to make sure you have more photos. I used to have a Nokia 6230, which could hold up to 32mb and i had 120 photos and 7 video recordings. But if you're still not sure, go onto their websites and compare.
hey this izn't a review it's just a question to all the people put there with the razr v3. i'm thinking about buying it, if not the v3 then a samsung slide, i've read mixed reviews about it and all i want is a phone with a decent memory size and good camera so wot do you think samsung or v3 plz email iz thanx a million jen xxx
I just got this phone last week. Compared to the motorola phones I've used in the past (v878, v400) the v3 razr is the best. The reception on this model is better than any Motorola I have used. The built in bluetooth is an upgrade from the models I have used in the past. Regarding an earlier question, yes the phone is built so you can plug a standard usb cable used for cameras and other deivces into the phone. Overall I would recommend this phone to people who are looking for a phone that can make really clear calls (afer all that's what a phone is supposed to do.) and adds features such as a decent camera for a phone (which is not megapixel quality, if you want that buy a digital camera.) Good phone.
