why is every1 after it ?
why is every1 so critical about it?
why dont u go to se or buy ipod???
simply becoz this is an interesting solution
which beats walkmans hands down and has
one the best screens ever seen
except n91 the only fone to have 3.5mm jack
worth the wait
Looks interesting, but Iam an motorola enemy, they menu system really stupid,an as a music phone its crap,SE is more atractive in all the ways!:P
when would motorola release this thing?!.. as if they were really behind now!.. it the released this up late, then it would be not so interesting anymore.. features would be quite obsolete... too tired of waiting!..
i could throw it at someone and they'd die. haha...looks chunky. Fab features though, but just get an Ipod.:P
Moto, please still making the awesome designs like PEBL and RAZR, thanks to you, the other companies are concern about design and slim phones, but you need R&D in more things like the sofware, other great phones, he camera please... everybody is on 3.2 at last, and u just have a 2mP camera, allied with Kodak or HP.... please don't let go to adquiere a Samsung D900 or ar NOkia n73.. pleasee.. I love ur brand, I don't want cheat on you and leave your for the first time with Samsung or nokia. E2, great phone but chubby for this time.
i agree to lots of people that said this phone had awesome sound quality but if you you look at the model its very very very oldfashioned and look very very ugly childish it feel so ashamed to show it to other ppl maybe we should play it and never come it out of the pocket, i understand that it aimed young ppl but you dont have to be childish ugly oldfashioned semicandibar boring look to do so, look at Ipod the design is very stylish but yet it play good music and the whole world loves it, i definetly buy w810 it play good music but had a very very cool design, why dont they use razr design people for it at least it stylish yet it dont had to be thin, right?!, take my word guys the rokr e2 price will fall like meteor, no body likes the design!!!
ps:they should fired someone in design dept i think or the project will fail
Please correct the information concerning bluetooth version, E2 supports Bluetooth V2.0 with EDR. The Bluetooth chip used in E2 is BCM2045B1 manufactured Broadcom. Expectedly,E2 supports A2DP source profile which can transmit stereo audio over Bluetooth wireless connectivity.
Finally! ! ! A phone with a normal headphone jack ( 3.5mm ) i admit i like the sony ericsson W series walkman phones,(nokia 3250) nice sound quality and battery life, but the adaptor for the headphones just annoying and makes the phone bigger in size, and sometimes the plug comes off when u walking inside your pockets....
I can finally walk around with just a phone and plays music and not having a phone , with another MP3 player.
also I know about the nokia N91 comes with a 3.5mm jack, but i can buy a Laptop with that kind of price, and the phone is too big, .why would anyone pay near$900.00 (USD)for a phone....?
it would be nice although motorola released it so so late... IF they would change that 1.3 MP to somehow 2.0... it would be nice though!...
hoo.. tired of waiting!!!!!! better buy SE W810!...
This phone took such a long time to release while other manufactures are rushing out their 3.2MP camera phones with music playing capabilites already.
moto seems to be gragging its feet.
This phone has one of the best music quality in market. But its Design & shape is very old-fashioned which will letdown many people. But if you want only high-quality music & not bothered about its features and design. Then definately go for this phone.
Yes, the ROKR E2 have Linux-java (Juix) OS.
ROKR E1 doesnt have OS, have the normal firmware of motorola phones.
Look to www.mobile-review.com/review/motorola-e2-1-en.shtml
I make a mistake about the OS,it's my fought:P
I think the model release will be late.. it's not good both for motorola and us:D While it go on the market a few newly models will be released and the competiton will be harder..
the firmware used by E2 is Linux Based, just like some of Motorola's other phones
