Yes, the phone will have a better camera: 1.3 Mpixel with video recording.
WHO CARES about camara and video and pixels you buy a cell phone for the phone you buy a camara for a camara dont you get it you people (not all) think the phone is about the camara well get a real one and get a real pnone !!!!!!
Thats my 2 cents
anyone wana battle bout it! bring it on!!! email me!!!!!!!!!!!
As well as improving the camera... they really need to fix the UI!
Software / menu systems are Moto weak link
Hope the delay is because Moto wants to change the camera from vga to 1mp ! Otherwise with just vga moto will miss the boat !
This phone needs a better camera, still only a VGA what is with that.
does anyone know the release date for this phone in australia??? i rekon this could out sell the e398 no problems at all.
what a cracker, this phone will fly of the shelves if the V3 was anything to go by, looks great with enough features - well done Moto, I want one
ok then just VGA, 640x480 pixels, video no mega pixle but good phone i think but moterola has to think all the features on phones matter it's 2005
i think the production of this phone is good. The design and color or this phone suites it, MP3, bluetooth, and camera is all you need but they gave all these other great features. this phone is goin to sell when it hit the shelves
Thats not true... it is the same camera that is on the V3... we got my sister a V3 and i like that cam on it... So, I am holding off my switch to cingular for this phone...
i got the car phone warehouse mag today (irish revsion) and it is in the coming soon section so hopefully soon)
Yah and I think Moto is very strict about the drop test, if V8 could pass it I think it will launch next month.
according to Motorola site, the SLVR V8 is expected to be available in Q3 2005, and now we are in Q3, if anyone sees it selling anywhere please inform us.
it's unbeliavable...moto, makes a cool phone without a good camera...
if it breaks when its dropped on the floor, do you think Motorola dare to launch it??? Motorola is famous for building robust phones and pagers, whereas the software/interface within is another story. Thicker phones do not equal better phones. Duh.
by far one of the thinnest, if not the thinnest
phone ever. all the talk of buying a thicker phone is amusing. will be a winner like V3!
v3 is a very solid fone, if this 1 is as solid as v3 i think the fact that it is very flat does not influence the durability..
