This forum's voting results told me to wait for the V8 and forget the V3 ... I agree ! Thanks guys.
This phone is not worth anything over $200.
Onboard memory = same as V3.
Video & Cam = outdated.
Added card = not a common format.
Stick to V3 instead. Chances are its screen won't scratch as easily as V8's.
This V8 is great .... The V3 is crap because it's much wider and longer & every function is crap including the WEIRD look .... OMG, what an ugly thing the V3 !!
Why so impressed by the 11.5mm ??
The V3 is slightly thicker, but is a flip phone!!! Now THATS impressive..
And sure this got a lot of extra features, they have to use all the extra internal volume for something... ;-)
I like the design of this phone much more than the V3.....especially the V3 is too wide and long !
The V8 aint hot, but the V3 is soo much hotter. This one looks 'unfinished' and the design is not impressive.. not a good one.
look at the display , u will not satisfy its too small. and the design is awfull looks like a brick and ordinary cheap phone
Its cool. Nice design and nice to see such phone from motorola. After V3 Razr which is damn sexy but missing memory card and video recording facility. This is appealing.
honestly speaking l dont know wat 2 say, l really dont know what 2 say! thats it! lm not going 2 say anything! thats what l,ll do, not say anything!!!!!!!!
I hate the V3 coz its a camshell. when u wanna answer a call u have to first flip the the phone open then say hello. isnt it just easier to press one button? this is why i thank god and moto for creating this phone. and nokia just hired these new (NOT STRAIGHT) designers. i mean EEEW, arent they starting to look like girly phones?!
I remember my dad owning a Star Tech in the old days (which was brilliant phone) and after that I began buying Nokias one after the other. I wasnt a big fan of camshells or Motorolla coz they are a bit hard to use. Until i saw this V8 candy bar. OMFG just look at it, I wanna cell my 6230 and sleep with the V8 :D
To see how big this phone is compared with V3 see:
I believe this is very thin and small
