i need help like asap please.. okay i just bought an unlocked slvr L7 and i took the sim card out of my sidekick ID and i put it in the slvr and it still saysplease insert sim what could i do to fix it. do you think it is the phone or the sim card

This is the worst phone i've ever used. Even an ancient phone such as a simple nokia 3310 would top this phone any day! A complete waste of money.. it hasn't even lasted me a yr..

How do you blue tooth ring tone to a nother phone from this phone. I can not find my ring tones to send them...where are they located?

i loved it. though it was short lived. yea got stolen. but then loved the slim nature, mp3, and a whole lot.

i'm no t so sure if it's me or the phone..but to date,it's the lousiest phone i've ever had..i had this phone for almost 1 yr now..the navigation key popped out and the keypad is cracked beyond repair since i text mssg like crazy..battery life not good,only last for 1 and a half day,and that's not even using the phone to make calls yet..poor signal recipient,unlike nokia or SE..

Download SkiMan first (it's free and easy to find). Then download some skin. Then switch your phone in p2k mode (you may need a mode switch - Yahoo! helps: in that). Then open SkiMan and see the list of skins installed on your phone. You can download new or delete the existant. That's it.

You need software to change and download skins. Try SkiMan;)By the way, by changing the mma files you can get a 12 icons menu, which is rather convenient.

Nice device to mod:) I've had my L7 for more than a year but still find surprises in its SEEM :))) By the way, I really like the design.

SLVR L7 is very cool phone. when you're tired of looking its original icons/interface. you can upgrade it by yourself and make it looks great. i have several firmware upgrades done on my phone, and my phone always looks new. it has a skins that make it more beautiful than other brand. There's a skin/pack that make it look like NOKIA or ERICSSON. Hahahaha, this phone really rocks!!!

phone just lights up by itself at about minutes after 12 in the night. no screen saver or anything. the light just comes on then after the set time, it goes out. anybody experienced this b4, buzz me. if u know y as well, tell me.

i advise you to look for a better phone.. L7 is only good for the eye... battery life sucks, video only 30 secs, camera not too good.. full screen view for pics not available... when attaching personalized ring tone to your contacts, it works for both sms and call so you have to look at your phone to find out if it's a text or call... useless feature..
