check out this website n have a good look at the picture. basically the l7 n v3i is almost identical, just taht 1 is clamshell n the other a candy-bar shape n v3 has better camera resolution in 1.3megapixel. both also has external memory.

yes, the volume is a bit soft even thou at level 7. it also depends on the person at the other end whether he/she is speaking loud enuff. i have problem whenever i get a call from my spouse, she said she is speaking loud but i cant seems to hear her whereas when my kids call, no problem at all. ??????

does anyone notice that the call volume is very poor..even at level 7? i exchanged 2 phones already and its still the same quality???

yes you can use mp3's from limewire to be played in your L7.

well,maybe ur mini usb port of the hp is dirty, i notice mine gets dusty quite fast.
as for the bluetooth device, i dun think u can do anything to it as i encountered that when i received calls with a bluetooth device, it is not the special mp3 tune but the standard motorola tune.

today i connected my phone to the pc via usb cable.
the pc did not read the phone...i dont understand what happened. i never had this problem before. what can be the problem????

i recently bought a bluetooth headset, when i get an incoming call the ringtone set as default does not ring, the "continental" ringtone rings instead. how can i fix this?

Can anyone help with details of the best way to encode video for smooth playback on the phone. Any advice would be appreciated

yep i bought mine from ebay just waiting for it trust me to buy it over easter lol there seems to be a lot off problems with every one syncing use microsoft 3.7 or 3.8 and attatch the usb to the pc thats it wolla easy ..come on think its common sence ok

Ok guys i have a question cause i'm stompped. The L7 supposibly only plays back and records on mpeg and most celly record on 3gp which makes it hard to send a video message from the L7 to (lets just say) a nokia like a 3220 or a 6230.. is there any way to install anything to get the phone to record or PLAYBACK in the more common 3gp format?

You can upgrade the memory upto 512MB

there's only 5 megs available. You can put the phone into "USB drive" mode so it's easy to put stuff into memory.... but it's best to get a transflash card for MP3's.... you can get a 1gig card for $40.

I love this! I bought mine with iTunes at Cingular wireless. I like the digital audio player than iTunes, but both are great. T hate people on this website that say motorola is bad. I love their L series though!!!!!!!!!
