this phone is ok, but the buttons sometimes take forever to actually work, and the camra does NOT come in the package at least for me, and well the color is bland and not, bright and colorful like other brands like say, Sony Ericsson. I am switching phones, in a month anyway, and am GLAD.
this phone is for anyone who, wants just the simplicity of a color screen and buttons to mash down daily and pretend they have a credit card, by pressing the buttons and closing their eyes and pretending their pressing the buttons of a ATM machine. Oh Boy....get a job people.

Dont bother with this phone. Annoying to use slow complicated and camera is pointless. navigation is so confoundingly slow and pre war!

This phone is incredibly slow in all departments (moving between applications, looking up the phone book, deleting a message, typing a message). The camera picture quality is pretty bad there aren't that many original features. Only nice bit it being able to change ring volume and mode quickly.

i dont know how to download ringtones and wallpapers from the Internet, pls how do i do that? I also wan t to know if T720i has MMS cos on the manual it says yes but in GSMARENA i says no. Thanks hope to hear from u soon

I have a t720i - All I have is problems with this phone. Motorola forgot to mention that it has many software flaws with this phone. When I complained about the problems, They suggest I get another phone - PS This is the 2nd t720i phone I've had. Next phone I buy will be a siemens. Foll me once - Twice shame on me

Camera is very difficult to use. I hate the fact, that I have to add it to the phone if I wan't to take pictures. Everytime I found myself thinking:
- now where did I put the camera!?
I sold the phone month ago.
